The last 2 times I stayed the water was not hot enough, the rest was okay, everything was good, clean, comfortable, the room was spacious

Nice location, suitable for those staying for vacation or business, the rooms are extraordinarily large, the service is really good, the staff are friendly and helpful, it will be a place to rest when going to Balikpapan.

The hotel is clean.. spacious.. the bathroom is also clean…

The room was comfortable and clean, but the breakfast menu happened to be a bit out of place. Besides, if you wanted to watch TV, you'd have to pay for an app package. That's the only downside.

I often stay here because the price is affordable but very comfortable and clean.. parking is also good.. but it's a bit far to go around to access the hotel.. hopefully in the future it can be very good again

The non-smoking car smells strongly of cigarette smoke when you shower.. the car is less fresh, the AC is not functioning normally, there are no curtains on the windows.. housekeeping responded with an ozonizer..

Comfortable and friendly service

Everything is very good, but the parking area could be expanded further, because guests have trouble parking.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. The food was also delicious. I'll definitely be back here next time.

the check in check out process is fast..hopefully it will be cleaner..suggestions for wifi, hopefully it will be smoother..and hopefully the TV in each room can be upgraded

Spacious room, neat, clean, stayed 2 nights cleaned and refilled drinks. Close to everywhere. Awesome

There was no explanation for what time to check in, when I wanted to check in it was 2 pm.

The only thing lacking is the cleanliness of the room. Please clean the stains on the walls.
