The room is comfortable, very clean and complete with 24-hour hot water. In the room there is a Bible and other religious scriptures, this is very extraordinary. During 2 days staying here fasting with hotel service.

The room is clean and comfortable, the wifi is smooth, the bathroom and toilet are clean, the downside is that it doesn't have a smart TV, the channels are limited so you can't use YouTube or Netflix, the facilities are overall good. But the problem is that it's not soundproof so it's really noisy when someone passes by or chats in front of the room, it's really disturbing. At the foot of the door there is a large space that makes it not soundproof, and when I was resting, there was renovation work on the next room so it was noisy from day to night without stopping.

Patra is highly recommended for families and businesses too..because there are toys for children and a clean and nice swimming pool. The staff are friendly..every time I go on holiday with my family, I always go to Patra.

It was a great experience staying here. The room is spacious, clean, as requested, connecting door view of the swimming pool. It's rare to find a hotel room that has an air purifier in each room, the best in our opinion. The facilities are also okay, it's just a shame that yesterday the rabbit cage was being renovated. Then for the child-friendly swimming pool, it's just a shame that there were a lot of cigarette butts and tissue trash on the outer edge of the floor. Hopefully the cleanliness of the poolside area can be improved. And one more thing, because yesterday there were a lot of guests, so when we wanted to have breakfast, many didn't get a seat, a suggestion if possible during peak season, additional seats can be provided. That's all, overall it's really good and comfortable, next time I go to Dumai I will stay here again. Success, Patra Hotel 👍
