The check-in process was easy, the room had a twintower and KL tower view. Excellent.

This is the second time staying here. The hotel is comfortable with spacious rooms. When I wanted to check in it had to be 2pm so I left my 3 suitcases, likewise when checking out I left my suitcases in the lobby first because my plane was coming home in the afternoon. One suitcase is charged Myr 5 so 3 suitcases are Myr 15 when checking in and checking out a total of Myr 30, even though I stayed there and left the items, the fee was charged per suitcase, the neighboring hotel I previously stayed at and I also left a lot of suitcases and bags only I'm charged IDR 5 without counting per suitcase, when you move to Ceylon it turns out it's even more expensive because you count per suitcase, so for those who bring a lot of stuff, prepare funds to leave the goods here, actually it's not a problem, it's not a matter of how expensive it is, but you have to follow the payment rules without me complaining. I paid the minimum amount and just relaxed, but the staff seemed less friendly and rude when carrying my suitcase and bag, like they were angry, their attitude was not good, but the lobby reception staff were all friendly, thank you.

The staff is very friendly, the room is nice, clean and fragrant. Everywhere is close, you can walk, if you take a grab it's less than 1 kilometer. Highly recommended, next time I will stay here again. Thank you.

I was booked wrong date and the Lady staff at Reception assist me to change my booking. I was very Happy with my room, the room facilities is complete and the view is fantastic. The rooftop facilities swimming pool and gym with a view. I definitely come back and stay again. Thank you for the experience!

Horrible experience, waiting for elevator almost 20-30 minutes each time we want to go out, only 4 elevators available for such high building with lots of floor, will never go back, also the reception area feels more like a street market with lots of people waiting for their turn to check in or out.

The service is not very good, you have to pay to leave your suitcase, the general bathroom in the lobby is very dirty, the only plus is the view on the rooftop, that's all the plus.

We stayed really well during the holidays. So it's really busy. 🤣. But overall cool. Hotel close to everywhere. So it's not difficult to enjoy your holiday even if you bring a small group of 3 people. The best hahaha.

Too commercial, just leave your suitcase and pay, with another 10 Ringgit tax. The room also doesn't have a toothbrush.

Rooms are clean, check in is fast and easy, swimming pool is cool, next time I will come here again.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is quite clean, close to the Go KL bus stop, to the Masjid Jamek MRT on foot, approximately 10 minutes.

But I have to pay service fee for towel exchange and extra toilet paper. In addition to the hotel fee paid via the app, the hotel will charge an additional service fee of 40MYR.

Satisfied with this accommodation! The room is clean, when you get a really good view, the bathroom is okay, the hot water is okay, there is a hair dryer (don't know if it works or not because it's not used), soap, shampoo and towels, just no toothbrush (don't forget to bring your own) . There is a dishwasher and soap too, there is also a microwave and a small refrigerator, but the refrigerator is not very cold, there is a microwave but I didn't try it so I don't know whether it works or not. There are electric thermoses, coffee, tea, glasses, plates. There is a cupboard, rubbing and table (don't know if it works or not because it's not used). Smart TV but because it has to be connected via a router, I haven't tried it either. There is a dressing table, the AC is cold (this is really good). It's a smart door too. The sky pool is really good to use, especially the view at night, when you stay there the swimming pool is open from 6 am to 12 pm. There is a restaurant bar there too. There is a sky garden, but I haven't had the chance to tour it so there aren't any photos. And what's even better, it's close to everywhere, especially to tourist spots, you can even just walk to several locations (Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, Pavillion Mall, Lot 10, Sungei Wang). Close to Petronas and Kuala Lumpur towers too, even the view from the room is in that direction. There is a deposit of RM100 which can be taken when checking out, and a tourist tax of RM10 per day. There is also a minimarket in the lobby. Anyway, very satisfied! Thank you hosts!

Recommend place, very clean, room view was so beautiful. Easy check in and check out. The staff reception is friendly. Hotel place is quiet, but for the room you can hear your neighbour conversation. But doesn't matter. Next time I will back.

Ceylonz nya sendiri sudah keren banget, tapi harus hati-hati pilih providernya, perfect host provider paling perfect, deposit cuma RM100 (provider lain minta deposit 200 sampai 300RM), kamar dan interior dari perfect host paling bagus, bersih, interiornya modern, semua lengkap tersedia. Bahkan semua kacanya bening, sehingga bisa menikmati city view dan foto-foto dengan nyaman. Ketika saya coba provider lain di Ceylonz, saya sangat kecewa. Jadi kalo saya pribadi bakal selalu ke depannya pesan Ceylonz yang di providerin oleh perfect host.

The room is spacious, there is an iron too. Easy access, and there is a mini market below.

Clean and comfy. Although the check in time was a bit long.
