Booking executive got the 5th floor, it was really noisy with music, clear vehicle sounds, not to mention girls screaming, previously I also booked executive got the 2nd floor, it was safe even though there were windows, it wasn't as noisy as on the 5th floor, hoping for comfort so I couldn't sleep

The floor is very dirty, like it hasn't been mopped until it's always black. The parking attendant asked for 10 thousand for parking, he said he only had to pay once.
