The rooms are clean and the service is good. I've stayed there twice already.

The location is near Chiang Mai train station. The room was clean and looked new and modern, but the last room had a pillar in the middle, making the already small room even smaller. The TV couldn't receive several major Thai digital channels, and there was a small leak under the sink.

The hotel is clean and not far from 7-Eleven. The staff are friendly.

The room is nice, clean, and the staff are very friendly. The reception is welcoming and very helpful. Currently, there's no water flow due to flooding, which is a problem throughout Chiang Mai and is understandable. I've stayed here several times, and there's a recurring issue: the cleaning staff talk on their phones while cleaning, and the noise carries into my room. This is because the room doesn't block sound at all, so you can hear everything happening in the hallway outside.

The sound of cars passing by all night, very loud, unable to sleep. 2. The room is very small, the air is not ventilated. The brightness is not enough. 3. The bathroom water drains very slowly when showering. 4. There is no refrigerator. 5. Very little parking. 6. No bath towels. 7. The air conditioner is not very cool.
