Everything is good. Suggestion to add a sofa in front of the TV so we can watch TV without having to sit on the floor

I can't count how many times I've repeated stays here, besides its strategic location if you're bored of eating out, it's also close to places to eat, laundry, minimarkets, gas stations and others, the hotel staff are very friendly and informative. The facilities are complete, there are minimarkets, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, large parking lots, and others. So it's a regular place to stay every time I go to Semarang😁

The only downside is that you have to pay for parking, otherwise it's okay, plus you get a beautiful view of Mount Ungaran.

Staying at Cordova Apartment was really impressive, especially for the first time staying with my beloved. Room cleanliness is really needed and here it is just right, I am satisfied.

I want to stay here for a long time seriously 😉😉🤗

Overall this is cool, close to the toll gate, to UnDip where UTBK students are at UnDip. There are many choices of snacks/food outside the apartment just by walking no more than 1KM. Thank you Traveloka & Cordova Edupartement Staff.

The place is nice, you can see the view, it's clean, the AC is cold, but they said there was Netflix but it wasn't.

Initially I found this hotel, I thought it was quite cheap and had many positive reviews. Positives: - Location in the Tembalang area of upper Semarang - quite cheap for a hotel + breakfast - there is a pretty good swimming pool - the front office WA is quite responsive - the breakfast taste is very good for a budget hotel class (but the choices are still very limited) Negatives: - we waited for towels for almost 3 hours - we arrived at 4 pm but the room was not ready (the check-in process took too long) - most of the employees apologized without trying their best - the checkout process took too long - almost got charged for something we didn't actually do (we were accused of dirtying the sheets with evidence of rice and yellow sauce like soto sauce on the sheets, even though we only ate rice on the floor not on the bed) # there are still many hotels that respect their guests out there # but if you are only looking for a cheap hotel in the Tembalang and Undip areas without thinking about the negative side above, then this hotel could be an option

Good location near toll gate, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, AC and refrigerator work well.

The room is clean and spacious, the TV is clear and big, there is a balcony, the room is clean, the bathroom is a bit small but still okay, the facilities are complete, the lighting is very good. Will definitely come here again if I go to Semarang

i love the mountain view of this apartment. always stay here everytime we are in semarang. very close to tembalang, frindly and helpful staff. love everything about this place. recommended

Place is comfort and cozy. Not noisy, spacy park and clean space. Breakfast menu need to be improved in variety

the location is okay, there are lots of culinary around. the room is also spacious, quite clean even though it doesn't match the photo and the real thing. the breakfast is a bit lacking, it could be more varied. the parking lot is quite spacious and comfortable.

The place is comfortable, clean, the service is satisfactory and the price is really worth it.

when in the room the AC leaked but it was immediately fixed. Hopefully in the future they will be better prepared/check the room again whether it is ready. Under the mattress/bed is very dirty, as if it has never been cleaned. for the others there is no problem

stayed for 3 nights, the rest is good, only the room has a lot of ants, even outside the room, and the parking problem can probably be coordinated well so that it doesn't happen again, especially communication, especially to guests staying. The rest is quite good. thank you

Overall 3 stars only, sorry, because the experience of staying here is not too bad and not too good, maybe just for the record, for the staff and security, their performance can be improved, such as friendliness and also alertness in serving guests, (for example, according to our experience last night who stayed, when we arrived we were confused about parking a four-wheeled vehicle, but the security was not alert enough to see this situation) yes we know, we are all equally tired, but haven't we all been given our own responsibilities for each job, right, maybe in the future their performance can be improved again regarding friendliness and alertness, for the place overall it is already good, the place is also quite comfortable and clean, hopefully Cordova can be better in the future, thanks
