The receptionist is extremely cool + gentle and easy to talk to

I had a great stay here. The location is simply perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Bui Vien Street, yet it's quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Otherwise, it's near a huge bus station, which is very convinience if you want to travel around city. The rooms are clean and tidy, exactly as pictured. The host was nice and always ready to help.

It is very important to note if you book and stay overnight because the hotel is located near Bui Vien so it is VERY noisy, huhu, we were assigned a room facing the street, the room was not soundproof at all so all night we had to endure the loud music, people talking, vehicles, other sounds to the point that we could hardly sleep, it was not until 4-5am that it got a little better. A few more notes: - There is a pharmacy below the house so it is a bit confusing, but the pharmacy is open 24 hours so it is convenient if you want to buy something. - Overall the room is quite clean, but the bathroom is a bit old

The hotel staff was extremely kind and very helpful to us. They contacted us a few days before we checked in to ask about our arrival time, gave us some recommendations of places to visit and good restaurants/food in Ho Chi Minh, and lent us their iron. Thank you so much. The hotel location is strategic, right at the crossroads. The hotel room is clean and quite spacious.

If you are a very picky person, this place is not for you, but if you are looking for a decent but affordable place to stay in Ho Chi Minh district 1, don't hesitate to choose this place. The staff here was very active to check you about your arrival time. They are friendly and kind and can recommend things to do in Ho Chi Minh. The room was spacious and had a lot of cabinets to use for your wardrobes, and the TV has Netflix, which is a plus. Very near to a lot of food shops and party and drink places. I will surely come back to stay here in the future.

Here for the second time. Right in the center, next to Bui Vien, but sleeping at night is not noisy. Clean, tidy, motorbike rental available.

Good: Clean, relatively new, easy location, no outside noise in the room despite busy location. Bad: Loud inside noise as guests walking by our room were very loud at all hours, room bright 24x7 as room doors are shaded glass but don't have curtains, the check-in/out and assistance relies on one very helpful and kind but overworked lady which meant finding her and arranging such was time consuming.

The room is near the center, the owner is extremely enthusiastic :D
