Comfortable, close and affordable.

Disappointing experience. The unit is different from the one in the photo, the original unit is dirty, lacks maintenance, dull walls, lots of peeling wood. The interior, such as the sofa, is dusty, and the floor is sticky. The AC seems to be old or lacks maintenance, it feels like using a fan, not cold, just strong wind. No gallon mineral water is provided, even though I have been renting in other places, gallon water is always provided, because the price is cheap but if you are not the owner of the unit it will be difficult to get access to buy gallons. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. The water heater does not work. Suddenly asked for a deposit of 300 thousand, without any prior notification before renting. Check in very late afternoon, 3 o'clock, in other places the maximum is 2 o'clock. The room also smells a bit musty, maybe because the AC is no longer okay. It is highly not recommended to rent this unit, especially using Tavelio, because it is too complicated. Too many CSs contact and ask for the same personal data, I have to repeat myself, send photos of my ID card, and so on. Not effective. It's better if it's complicated but the unit is nice and luxurious, this is already complicated and the unit is mediocre, not worth it with the price paid. The advantages are only the location and the polite roomboy, that's all.
