I saw Quoc and Trang, the receptionists, were cheerful and enthusiastic. All the staff at the resort were very nice. This place is a must try if you intend to stay here.

Excellent services in reception, restaurant, and housekeeping.

Very close to the old town, the surrounding is cool, clean and quiet, beautiful swimming pool, beautiful photos, you can borrow a bike, go through the memory park and watch the mini show for free, but the breakfast has a few dishes.

Nhân viên thân thiện, cảnh quang đẹp, công viên kí ức đi tối lên đèn đẹp, mới vào có tinh dầu xông phòng thơm, xà phòng tắm hơi cũ, vón cục, phòng mình kế phòng tập kết đồ giặt nên các bạn dọn phòng cứ để xe đồ bít hết cửa ra vào, mở toan cửa phòng giặt nên bất tiện và hơi kém vệ sinh

Khách sạn đẹp, công viên Ký ức Hội An kế bên quá tuyệt vời. Trãi nghiệm ở đây rất tốt, chỉ có ăn sáng hơi ít món,nhưng nhìn chung là khách sạn đẹp, yên tĩnh, gần phố Cổ.

The resort is large and very beautiful, there are many places to take pictures. I took my baby with me and the staff was very supportive. Buffet is not very rich

The place was quite far from main town, especially when you have to walk. But the staff was kind enough to give us a free ride from their bridge to the lobby. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom with bathtub was enjoyable, and breakfast was delicious. Totally recommended the Impression show, its worth every dime, and we even got it cheap from the room package.

Quiet resort, good service. The single bed is a bit narrow, it feels like turning around and falling down on the bed size 😁

Tôi có một trải nghiệm rất thú vị tại Hoi An Memories Resort. Resort có thiết kế như một Hội An thu nhỏ trong ốc đảo cách biệt Lobby hơi nhỏ. Tuy nhiên không gian chung có rất nhiều mảng xanh. Phòng theo thiết kế lifestyle, thoáng và có view sông. Các phòng ở tầng trệt sẽ có 1 không gian vườn nhỏ xinh. Rất chill cho các couple. Hồ bơi infinity view sông rất đẹp, có thể ngắm sunset tại đây. Ăn sáng hiện đang ít lựa chọn nhưng đến Hội An thì không nên ăn sáng trong khách sạn Không quên nhắc đến sự chuyên nghiệp của bạn lễ tân check in cho tôi và team Hội An Memories. Đúng như tên Resort là “Memories..”, chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại nhiều lần nữa để trãi nghiệm thêm các dịch vụ khác tại đây.

I just arrived at the room and liked it right on the premises, not to mention being offered an excellent strawberry juice dish, if there was an extra cold towel to wipe my face, it would be great. The room is beautiful and spacious, comfortable, my baby loves the swimming pool and the service aunts and uncles are too friendly. Will come back with the family soon cow experience too falcon.

Great. The resort is very large and beautiful, the room is big, clean and comfortable. Diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. Hunting for sale should be cheap but too satisfied. Will come back next time

New, beautiful hotel, next to Hoi An Memory Park, convenient for watching shows, quite close to the old town, has bicycles for transportation, breakfast buffet has few dishes

The resort is super quiet and spacious. The rooms are beautiful and provide enough amenities for guests. The staff is polite and very enthusiastic in supporting customers. In addition, you can borrow bicycles to go to the old town.
