Yesterday I got room number 13 and I was a bit paranoid about the numbers. I watched Netflix that night but it said there were too many people accessing it so I couldn't connect. The lighting around the room was also lacking. There should have been more yellow lights in the stairwell and beside the room. At 10 o'clock in the afternoon the room lights kept going off. I don't know if it was intentional because they wanted to check out or if there was a problem. It was really rude and annoying. I hope this review is motivating. The restaurant yard area is large, so there should be events every day to make the hotel more exciting and lively.

In my opinion: The place is aesthetic and attractive, BUT toiletries are not provided other than towels and the soap is too liquid, maybe mixed with water. Also, cleanliness is lacking, for example, the tables and floors are a bit dusty. Then there is the loudspeaker noise at night when there is a futsal event. The place is okay and serene, minus the bathroom which is a bit strange, but overall it's okay.

It's actually cool, but there are a few misses. There is no room service, staying for a few days but the room is not cleaned, the trash is not thrown away. The swimming pool cannot be used because it is not cleaned. Amenities or facilities such as soap are not available, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not added. Even though I stayed for more than 1 day. The place is nice with a natural concept but it is quiet so it feels scary at night

location, food and everything besides the room interior is very nice and clean. The food is delicious, the portion is big. The room interior is not very modern. The restaurant is nice and clean. The room WIFI is slow, Netflix often buffers. The facilities in the room should be more modern and complete. The room door can't be closed tightly, there is a gap after being locked so you can peek from the outside. There are curtains that can't be closed tightly so you have to hook them behind the TV so they can't be seen from the outside. Overall, it's recommended

1. The swimming pool cannot be used. 2. Got a bad room with no view. 3. At night the room smells like sewers.
