Good place to staycation. Trying the pool at night sounds good.

The room is very comfortable, the facilities are also complete, the entire room and hotel area is very clean, and the staff is also very friendly.

more attention to cleanliness the wood has started to rot little by little the warm water is too long really like being able to watch Netflix recommended breakfast

The place is okay and serene, minus the bathroom which is a bit strange, but overall it's okay.

It's actually cool, but there are a few misses. There is no room service, staying for a few days but the room is not cleaned, the trash is not thrown away. The swimming pool cannot be used because it is not cleaned. Amenities or facilities such as soap are not available, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not added. Even though I stayed for more than 1 day. The place is nice with a natural concept but it is quiet so it feels scary at night

location, food and everything besides the room interior is very nice and clean. The food is delicious, the portion is big. The room interior is not very modern. The restaurant is nice and clean. The room WIFI is slow, Netflix often buffers. The facilities in the room should be more modern and complete. The room door can't be closed tightly, there is a gap after being locked so you can peek from the outside. There are curtains that can't be closed tightly so you have to hook them behind the TV so they can't be seen from the outside. Overall, it's recommended

Comfortable & aesthetic with a fairly strategic location.

1. The swimming pool cannot be used. 2. Got a bad room with no view. 3. At night the room smells like sewers.

Really worth it for healing, very clean rooms, friendly service, easy, very fast, only at night it's a bit scary hahaha, it's really great, 12/10

The atmosphere is comfortable for a staycation, you just need a little attention to the cleanliness of the terrace, fish ponds and additional street lights to the rooms.

Water Heater in the room didn't work, had to call house keeping every time my kids want to take a bath, water at the pool is dirty, cafe not open at all. Potential hotel, just need improvement.

Generally satisfactory, only cleanliness and facilities (decent towels and spoons) need to be improved. The staff was very agile in responding to complaints because the shower water heater was not working.

Kebersihan di kamarnya kurang banget, perlu diperbaiki. Kalau banyak nyamuk mungkin itu kan alam bebas ya jadi wajar, saran aja sih jadi sebelum tamu masuk kamar dibersihin dulu.

Stay in a quiet village atmosphere.

Suasananya bagus ya, seger tapi menurut saya dengan harga segitu kurang worth it dengan fasilitasnya jadi ya bosan

* Rooms are relatively dirty. ** ants on the floor, walls, roof. ** less prompt in picking up suitcases when checking in. * Garden & water environment, which is around the room = a lot of garbage is not collected. * Plants can be tidied up, the spy looks clean. It's a shame, even though the place is good & the location is strategic. Hopefully it will be input & will be fixed soon. Thank you

* The Hotel staff = lack of inisiative. * * = many ants & unclean at the details. * * few trash around the garden. HOPE the Hotel Management can fix all of that, because this hotel have big potential.

The hotel is very integrated with nature, rest can be calm while hearing the sound of water. The lack of not being able to order food at night because the cafe is closed. I stayed 2 days also there was no mineral water refill. Overall it's okay. Thank you Hopefully next time the service will be better.
