friendly and helpful hotel staff and comfortable for resting

Strategic location, when checking in the toilet was not ready, the TV was broken and the picture did not appear.

almost perfect, it's just a shame that the TV broadcasts are just the same. Hopefully in the future they will be given a smart TV, so they can watch YouTube and/or Netflix

The staff are nice and friendly, it's just that we forgot to put a mat in the room so it was slippery after coming out of the bathroom, but otherwise it was okay.

All is ok. It's just that the landline telephone line is not working, there is no spoon to stir coffee or tea even though there is a coffee maker, please fix it again. Overall it's ok. Thank you.

The room is very spacious, the AC is cold.

Hot water does not work even though it is the rainy season, taking a cold shower. Spacious car park. Find dinner around the hotel a lot.

We took 2 rooms, but one of them had no hot water, and there was no hot water kettle either.

Friendly staff Minimal facilities, no water heater to make coffee, broken. Room has lots of ants on the table & floor.

Overall the condition is good for that price, but the cleanliness of the room is a bit lacking, the floor is often still dirty, and the lights are very dim, both in the room and the toilet, making your eyes sore. It's better to replace the lights with brighter ones.

Clean motel type hotel without any service

I have given input via WA admin. From the beginning of contact before leaving for the destination city, they have been very helpful, so for example, if you happen to read a less than good review about this hotel, you can just WA the admin for special requests. The admin is friendly & nice
