CLEAN, COMFORTABLE. I love it. If I go to Wonosobo again, I will stay here again heheheh🫶🏻🤗

The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable, located in the city center. I had a room on the second floor, facing the sun, so it was very hot from midday to evening. The air conditioning was non-existent during the day. There were also lots of ants in the room, and the food on the table was swarmed by tiny ants. 😭

Bathroom facilities are minimal and there are no teaspoons.

There is no comfortable waiting room.

Fast service, only the room is not very clean in my opinion.

The hotel sheets were extremely dirty, stained, as shown in the photos. I contacted reception, but they said they had no spare clean sheets. Very disappointing. The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever.

Rooms facing the parking lot feel safer and more practical.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center, the rooms are spacious, and it is very close to find places to eat.

The staff was friendly and communicative. The room was clean, safe, and well-maintained. The facilities were okay, except for the water heater, which was difficult to adjust the heat. Another option would be to provide hotel slippers next time.

Cleanliness needs improvement. The bed was a bit creaky when moved. The wooden joints might be starting to loosen. But other than that, the room was spacious enough. The shower was hot (at night), and the AC was cool. There was a small window, but even though there wasn't a view, it at least made me aware that morning had arrived.

The room is large and spacious, but the lighting is a bit lacking. The lights are too dim for such a large room.

Just standard, not bad, no breakfast.

The location is very strategic, close to everywhere. Also, the room is actually okay, but the downside is the cleanliness, huhu, the floor is really sticky, please clean it :(
