Okay Near city center with nice view

The room was small, had a musty smell, no view. The day I checked out, I stayed for another 5 hours. I called for more towels and toothpaste but the receptionist said it was not possible because I only stayed 1 night so there was no change of towels? Oh, I'll pay 5 hours later?

Beautiful hotel, polite staff, quiet and relaxing space, beautiful lake view; buffet not too many dishes but basically complete, delicious taste, luxurious space, Room equipment is not new but clean, luxurious
