Spacious room, easy access, friendly staff. The room was a bit on the dirty side, perhaps due to its age, and there weren't many TV channels. Overall, it was pretty good.

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive. They were very helpful after checking out and I forgot something. The only problem was the mattress, as were the sheets and blankets. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention in the future. Overall, it's okay.

Close to Dufan, Ancol. An older apartment hotel in need of a facility upgrade.

If you want to do activities in Ancol, this is the place to go since the price is affordable. The hotel rooms are converted apartments, with quite aged amenities. But for the price that we paid, it was not bad. Within the complex there were restaurants and convenience stores.

The location is close to Ancol, with easy access. I've stayed here twice. Breakfast is okay. The price is also standard for the facilities provided.

The breakfast menu has many variations and there is no additional charge.

The hotel is cool for kids, perfect. I'd suggest the lobby air conditioning could be cooler. Otherwise, it's fine.

The elevator is slow :( Maybe the room maintenance also needs attention.

We complained. There was no solution and slow response.

The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms need renovation, but are still decent. The chicken soto is delicious.
