The staff tried, but for the price and comfort it was not comparable. - Drinking water was not available, had to notify 2x to get a new gallon. - Archery activities that should be inclusive, turned out the place was under construction. - 1 pillow on the top floor was still dusty - hot water for bathing was not available in the morning - the hot water pool was not hot enough, still like body temperature 36.7-37 degrees - there was still trash in the indoor pool which was not much but cleaning was lacking - breakfast was okay

the pool is clean and the water is warm

from check in to check out the pool water could not be filled because it was leaking from the beginning I asked the receptionist not to be given a leaking pool again. oh instead I was given a leaking one again as a result I only soaked my feet, it was a waste to pay a lot for the onyx room type. when I arrived, the pool edges were still dirty from renovations, the remaining cement was not cleaned. the room was not prepared before being given directly to the customer. the bathroom faucet was also rusty, there were lots of ants on the bed. wanted to ask to move but it was already night, I felt sorry for the children who were tired. and one more thing that was the WORST!!!, the technician climbed the side wall which was indeed the outdoor pool and I was changing clothes and he saw me naked. If employees want to ask about customer problems, they should go through the front door, not climb from the back wall 😡

The TV could not be used because it could not connect to the internet. Next time before checking in, please ask the hotel to make the customer comfortable. I did not enjoy it at all because for Eid the price was quite high compared to normal days. Thank you.

It was only 9/10 am and the room boy was already standing by in front of the room waiting for us to check out. The packing was restless, even though we wanted to rest for a while in preparation for the long journey home. The hot water pool in the room was dead, we had to contact the staff first before turning on the tap. The pool was dirty, not warm either. There was little play area for the children, please evaluate it again.

The location of the room is unreasonable and dangerous, the road to the room is slippery and steep, must pass approximately 3 steep and slippery stairs, coincidentally at that time it was raining, the staff did not take the initiative to provide umbrellas so we got wet on the way to the room, very very not recommended especially if you bring elderly people and children. And I did not end up staying there.

everything is okay. comfortable. except the private pool has been filled but not full and leaks. hopefully it will be fixed soon. because I think the price is expensive but the pool can't be used.

Stayed here at the end of the year, when I entered the room the floor looked like water had been spilled, they said it had just been mopped, asked to dry it but was given a dry mat, the soaking pool was not very clean, and there were worms. No plans to come back here again

Front office is very slow to respond. The indoor pool has no water. The live music is not very good.
