Very noisy. Between hallway noise and someone constantly throughout the night either hitting our door or jangling the doorknob, it was not only noisy, but felt unsafe. Worst of all, the PTAC unit squeaked and banged all night long. When I brought it all to the attention of the desk, he replied, "I'll get maintenance right on it." Problem was and I stated it that wouldnt help me after having a terrible night. He shrugged and blew me off. At other hotels, manager has been called and a discount applied or night given on the spot. I will never stay at this brand hotel again. The location leaves alot to be desired. Doesnt feel safe either. Right behind a convenience store. Dont believe the 9.2 rating on Expedia. Pick another hotel.

The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in fast and pleasant. The entire hotel was very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Definitely a comfortable and stylish place to stay—I highly recommend it!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I read about Tim in the reviews and I can say that he was great! He was patient with my kiddos, very informative, and always greets you with a smile. We will be back!!

Avid was a relatively new property. It was really nice. They offer 24 hour fresh brewed coffee and water. It was summer nice.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. This is my second time at this location and we love it every time.

Clean, good location, and breakfast was good.

It would be so convenient to have more toiletries in the room without having to go to the front desk.

Clean, safe, quiet, and conveniently located hotel with comfortable beds. My only cons are that the breakfast was underwhelming (no eggs, pancakes, waffles), and the TVs do not offer streaming apps, although you can screen mirror from your cellphone. Would stay here again because it is the perfect halfway point between Austin and Georgetown!

Property was just what I needed a clean place to sleep.

Hotel staff very friendly and hotel is very clean. Washer/dryer available which is great for traveling families/sports. Grab n go breakfast was much better than I anticipated and staff did a great job keeping it stalked every morning we were there. They also have a cool coffee machine that grinds and brews each cup along with a filtered water machine and hot water machine which is much better than those thermal carafe dispensers that provide watered down coffee. Highly recommend this hotel

The beds we’re comfortable, rooms were clean, and the price was affordable.
