As usual AKENA Troyes was excellent in every way possible, have stayed 4 times on route to our home in montelimar and have not been disappointed at all , so clean and Freindly, fab breakfast and really comfortable lounge and bar area for relaxing

We have stayed here before on our way to ski holidays, but this time was a disappointment. Not sure if there was a change in management, but the experience was definitely not the same. Service and overall quality have declined, making for an underwhelming stay. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Great service from all staff. Lovely comfortable beds, slept so well. Great size family rooms and with a seperate WC. Nice and quiet rooms too even though close to a busy road, could not hear traffic noise.

Perfect hotel for our stopover on the way back to the Eurotunnel from the Alps. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, great value, friendly staff and great location. EV chargers on site and a Buffalo Grill right next door for dinner! They still had their Christmas decorations up which made it cosy and welcoming.

Great stopping off point for the Alps. Electric Charging for Cars available at hotel and near by (Fast Charge) Great Bakery and Resturant nearby.

Amazing. Super clean and perfect for families. Very nice with pets too. Recommend.

Quick stop over on route to Val Thorens - arrived very late in to the night but service was smooth and the secured parking was a bonus. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and very hospitable- they offered us free morning pastries and tea/coffee.

it was just okay. Okay for quick stay for no more than 3 nights. The room looked more as a 2 stars to me. If this is a 3 starts a wonder what a 2 stars will look alike. The bed sheet couldn't fit, too small...

The price is reasonable

Clean, modern, friendly staff. Situated in business park, eating places nearby, close to road links, ideal for our one night stopover, would book again

The check in was as previously somewhat time consuming. The Girl in the bar was a stat - very friendly and extremely service minded. In generel very good value for money

Great hotel for stopover en route to Tuscany. Stayed 2 nights as wanted to explore Troyes - beautiful. Hotel staff very friendly & welcoming. Nice bar and close to a buffalo grill, Carrefour etc. Had a problem in the room on 2nd night and it was sorted straight away (they immediately moved us to another room). Great service. Would recommend.

I had book a disable room,the receptionist offered me two rooms. The one on the ground was not disabled and was dangerous for me . After I tried to manage with the shower we went back to reception and complained . She then offered me one one the first floor that had disabled facilities. After an 6 hour drive that’s all I needed

Stop over stay. Perfectly adequate, although hotel was difficult to find. Better directions needed.

Second time staying here en-route to the Alps with Family. Great room for sharing with kids but unfortunately too hot and couldn't turn down heating.

Hotel in good location on outskirts of Troyes. Excellent car parking, with secure gate overnight. Room was ideal size for x3 adults to share, shower was good and beds comfortable. Ideal place to stay for one night en route to alps.
