Great staff, pool was open until 10pm. The bartender I didn’t get his name but his margaritas was on point! The food is really good. There is an extra $20/night fee for security deposit.

The a/c was not working in any of the common areas, and was not mentioned or apologized for by the front desk at check-in. Our extended family had at least 8-10 rooms for a funeral and were not able to comfortably use the facility. The rooms were clean enough, but the wallpaper in the bathroom quite stained. Would not stay again.

A number of things could be better. - the mattresses were not comfortable - they ran out of towels so we had to wait on them to dry - the air went out in the lobby so it was like a sauna on our last day - the air in the room no matter how low we put it just wasn’t getting cool enough

The staff was wonderful and super friendly! I was not impressed with the pool area. It was outdated and dirty around the concrete edges of the pool. The bed was hard.

Front desk staff was kind and helpful. I did not like it when I had the do not disturb sign hung on my door only to have a staff member knock on my door. When I answered he was going down the hall. It made me feel uncomfortable, like he was just checking to see if we were in the room. Pillows were horribly flat and the bathroom had very little lighting.

Just a one night stay, but staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

I chose not to stay at this hotel after checking in due to several issues: the linens were dirty, the room had a strong mildew smell, the air conditioning didn’t work, and overall, the space was not clean. It also looked very different from the photos online, which was disappointing. Despite these problems, the hotel refused to issue a refund. I would not recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable solo getaway.

This hotel was was spot on for cleanliness, polite staff, and services. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Pensacola

We did not have a courtyard. We need to post updated photos of the grounds. It is a little disappointing to be told you are going to clean a room and then to find out it was not.
