Clean modern hotel great area

The rooms are pretty small, but is NYC. Check in was fast and easy and the room was extremely clean.

Great place to stay, convenient to plenty of things to do, staff was great, friendly and helpful. We had a suite which accommodated us, a family of four just fine.

It seemed like the location was a plus on the map but it's not as close to train stations as you might want. 15 mins walks to the hotel. Considering how much you walk in NYC it's not great being so far from a station. Close to Bryant Park which is cool but is it? You have to request housekeeping, not terrible, there's no closet space, the fridge doesn't work. The bed is comfy but the sheets are hot. The air-condition isn't great. The staff is friendly enough. And nonthalant enough.

Had a mini fridge but no microwave in room. No parking available, no street parking. Paid parking very accessible, around $50~ per 24 hours Staff was great, room was clean.

The property is very dim and VERY small. The hallways are tiny, the rooms are tiny. There was no place for luggage really. It was a beautiful hotel though. Very luxurious.

Friendly, helpful reception staff. Our room was far too warm for our liking. Maintenance came within minutes and management checked we were comfortable a short time later. Would stay here again.

The hotel was closed to Penn station, convenient to both East and West side holiday attractions. It was comfortable and of good value.

The staff and the property make it an excellent choice for this particular hotel. We choose to go on a busy 1st Christmas Holiday weekend for personal reason and knew it was more expensive for 3 night's stay. The room was small with a king bed size (our smallest room so far). Our only disappointment was that they do not offer daily service in the room and paying $500 per night for us was our downside of it. The front desk did provide us as we ask the change of towels and some other things we needed, and we admit they were helpful.

Clean rooms is all that matter. Bed and pillows were nice as well!

This is my second time staying at the Draper. The rooms are nice but SMALL. It was nice having happy hour at the bar, but it got crowded very fast and service was slow. I requested for our room to be cleaned on our 3rd day (we stayed 4 days) and was told it would be cleaned by 5pm. It never got cleaned. Didn’t ever get a receipt at check out, both of my cards were on file and when I asked about which one was being charged they weren’t sure. Not sure if I will be back
