The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a nice view from our balcony across to Corfu. The pool and room were clean and breakfast was tasty. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay

The hotel was amazing! It was super clean and had a gorgeous view of Sarandë. It’s a 20 minute walk from the centre, which meant the hotel was quiet and relaxing at night time. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, there was always staff available in the hotel should you need any assistance. We will definitely come back! Loved it!

Hotel was very modern and rooms were great. Good air con, nice bathroom and good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, always sun beds available. Breakfast was okay, could be better. My only criticism of this hotel was that they played loud music every day by the pool all day. Got a bit much after a while but it seems to be common in Albania for places to play loud music all day every day.

Super friendly and helpful staff who were always available to help and answer any questions we had. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of food options. Location is great but a bit of a walk to the main beaches and restaurants. Street parking available. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Art Hotel.

The staff are friendly. That’s really the only positive. The breakfast is pretty depressing, and we didn’t bother with it. We ended up going elsewhere to buy a real breakfast. We were also woken up at 8 in the morning on Sunday by a giant digging machine across the street, shaking our building.

Lovely hotel, staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Great pool area with amazing views. We had the best balcony I have ever had in a hotel, the building is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible breakfast, no one at the front desk or on the property, barking dogs that live on site (plus a rooster for a neighbor), loud construction noise next to the property, power goes off a lot, hot water off every morning and you have to park in the street(not near the street or the side of the street, but actually in the street). What is not to love? Oh and the adrress/directions on Expedia are completely wrong. It will take you to a completely different hotel. I will dispell one more myth while I am on a roll. Saranda is pretty much a dump. I would not waste a trip to come here. Let my mistake be your learning. Skip it!

This hotel was a wonderful stay! The rooms were comfortable and spacious! The pool was wonderful and the breakfast was great! Highly recommend this location!

Fantastic hotel, very very friendly staff. Our Suit on top floor was outstading with an amazing sea view.

Les chambres sont pas mal, le petit déjeuner est le même tous les jours (un peu rébarbatif au bout de 2 petits déjeuners), le vrai souci est la musique trop forte à la piscine dès 10h du matin jusqu'a 22h. La piscine en elle-même est bien avec un bassin pour les plus petit. Après en termes d'emplacement, c'est pas super pratique, car loin du centre ville et sur la haut d'une Coline. Pour y accéder, il faut la monter et 300 mètres de montée à 30% quand on est en fin de journée après un peu d'alcool, c'est très très compliqué

Au début tous semblait bien, bon cadre, emplacement dans les hauteur (prévoir une voiture), design et assez récent. Puis une circonstance de problème : il manquait une ampoule sur les lumières de lecture (1/2), la télévision ne marchait pas, oublie de gel douche, l’interrupteur des toilettes qui se bloque ( alors qu’il est neuf) les joint de porte d’entrée d la chambre mal calibrés Mais la crème de la crème : le service de nettoyage qui rentre dans la chambre le matin à 11h, sans pression même en lui disant non. Sans gêne elle entame même la discussion la porte ouverte. S’en suis un ménage désastreux le reste du séjour. Enfin notre dernière nuit s’achève sur une panne de la Clim dans notre chambre. En résumer : Les point positif : la vue, la piscine, le design. Les point négatifs : le service de ménage, les finitions/details. Ça reste quand même positif, mais des détails ca joue quand on paye un quatre étoile.

De borde också vara tydliga med att säga att hotellet ligger högt uppe på en kulle, svårt för barnfamiljer, äldre människor och personer som har vissa kroppsliga problem. Servicen var väldigt ojämn.

Fantastiskt läge uppe på höjden. Supertrevlig personal. Jättefina rum. Fem min promenad nerför/uppför till trevliga restauranger (testa gärna Hi Saranda) nedanför hotellet. Enda minus är att de spelar VÄLDIGT hög musik vid poolen.

Our stay at the Art Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which was spacious with comfortable loungers and music that perfectly matched our taste. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all preferences. The staff, although young, were very friendly and attentive. We also watched the EM game at the hotel and enjoyed a meal, along with two complimentary shots. Additionally, the Lost Seaside Beach Club is within walking distance, adding to the convenience of our stay. Overall, the Art Hotel provided a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

Clean and modern hotel with a fantastic view. Helpful staff and nice pool area. The location might not suit everyone as it was on top of a hill will a steep climb to get up from the beach.
