Friendly staff rooms were super clean and spacious

Clean hotel with friendly staff for college move out overnight trip!

You can hear right thru to the other rooms.

I stayed for two nights and it was OK. I forgot my coat in the closet and have called several times about it. No one will call me back or give me a solid 'no' it's not here. =(

Our room was dirty when we walked in. Old dried out contacts on night stand, rotted bananas in the cupboard.

The hotel is located close to FAMU and less than 10 minutes from FSU. There is an art exhibit less than one block away. The property was clean and safe, and everything in the room looked new. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Room service did not clean the room.

Contacted property about a registration error and they said to contact expedia. Tried contacting expedia and got the run around. I didn't want to cancel and recognize I made a mistake but am being punished for using expedia even though when I tried booking through google it immediately directs you to third party carriers. Not happy that I lost $300
