I’ve stayed in radisson red in Glasgow and was excited. This was dirty, uncared for and at breakfast the coffee machine wasn’t working. I felt like they tried. Just missed every mark.

Our room was next to the stairs with a squeaky door. Every time someone opened or shut the door and went up or down the stairs, our room would shake and we could hear the squeaky noise. The manager said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. In my opinion, this room should be turned into storage! Also, when I first walked into the toilet, I could smell urine. Very unpleasant. No hot water in the shower! I can see that this issue has been reported by other customers in previous reviews numerous times. I can confirm that in April 2025, you can still expect a cold shower at this hotel.

To start off our room wasn’t what we reserved ! We booked 2 singles and had to settle for a room with a double room. Not ideal but we just had to run with it. The early check in fee was wavered.We went on up to the room which seemed nice at first glance but after a closer look there were faeces stains in the bed and hair. The Bathroom had stains in the toile and just wasn’t up to standards.

The room we booked for 2 nights was on the third floor and our view was restricted by empty warehouses. Upon entry the room was neat and tidy. The TV did not workand there was no aircon working. The bathroom was ok but had limited areas to put toiletries etc. The body wash bottle was empty in both the shower and above sink. There was a rapid charging pad on oneside of the bed but it was not working. The fridge had the earth pin on the plug was missing so fridge could not be plugged in. We asked for tv to be looked at and it was sorted straight away. On the 2nd day the toilet was leaking and again it was looked at during the day(we went out) but just a towel undeneath was their solution. During the night we had to open a window due to it being too hot but road noise was a big consequence. Breakfast was good lots to choose from cold meats, cerals, pastries etc and buffet hot food- only boiled and scrambled egg choices. Salt was missing so had to raid other tables. Bar and restaurant food and drink good prices. The stairwell and corridor areas were very dusty and the carpet on the ground floor was filthy. To be honest cheaper chain hotels have been much better than this one.

The Hotel was very nice! Clean and quiet. I walked there from the o2 which was a bit annoying due to the construction work between there. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

This hotel does not appear to be very clean. When arriving into our room, the bedding was quite obviously stained, there was plates and cutlery stacked up on a window in the corridor and rubbish overflowing from bin bags in the stairwell. Although the issue with the bedding was resolved, it is disappointing to experience such uncleanliness at a Radisson branded hotel. The staff appeared bored and like they wished they were somewhere else. The breakfast was OK. The location was good in proximity to the o2 but I would not be booking this hotel in the future and will not be recommending after our experience of uncleanliness.

Nice hotel but feels like it’s not being cared for or looked after. Shower never got warmer than lukewarm, the shower door leaked and the air con in the room didn’t work. Dirty wine glass sat in a windowsill in the corridor throughout our stay, napkins lying about and just generally untidy. Felt like all style but no substance

The first impression was great, good location for the O2 arena. We were greeted warmly at the reception and were offered welcome beverages. The room size is adequate, lighting was a bit too dark. The lack of extraction fans in the bathroom means there was a damp smell as soon as I stepped in. Wireless charger, bedside light and light on the makeup mirror was not in working order. Shower temperature was tepid on the verge of being cold, even at the hottest setting. Fixtures around the bathroom are loose and fallen apart. The staff are great, the location is great, but the quality of the room is of sub standard.
