Room was not dusted for a long time. Dust in the corners of the bathroom, on the chairs, on the toilet role holder, bin lid etc. Dark bathroom which wouldn't have mattered if the vanity mirror light had been working. The only shelf in the bathroom was broken. Couldn't put anything on it, it would just slide off. Won't use Radisson again. Room was around £250. It should have been spotless.

I felt that the check in service took quite long as the staff were trying to do serval things at one rather than concentrate on the guest they were helping at that time. The hotel itself is very unique and looks really cool, bed was comfortable, but we could hear the lift from our room all the time. Breakfast was really nice and enjoyable, food kept hot in le crueset style pots. Having to pay for bar drinks at reception can be quite annoying, especially when there is long queues. The location is fantastic for going to the 02. As much as there was little annoyances, we would come back again.

The room was clean and tidy although the lighting was not good and constantly felt dark in the room. The shower also did not drain and started flooding the bathroom. We had to call reception a few times before someone came up to fix the issue.

The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful from check in to check out. Especially the gentleman running the breakfast service singlehandedly. Will definitely come back.

Unfriendly staff, rip off surcharges added to bar bills without consent, poor maintenance and non functioning bathrooms, worn carpets, grubby. AVOID at all costs . NEVER again.

The room was quiet considering we were next to the freeway.

The bathroom needs to be descaled as it looks filthy .

Service was fine, but I had very little interaction with staff. The room itself was ok, with just a few signs of tired decor. The staircase was very shabby and the automatic lighting was inadequate, I found myself in total darkness on landings until it kicked in.

Paid for a superior room and did get a larger room but it was an accessible room with adapted wet room rather than normal shower. The bathroom had a strange smell. Hotel is in good location for the o2, 20 minute walk or 5 minute uber. Would stay here again for location but not for the room itself.

Stayed in the superior room, air conditioning was nice and quiet, nice space, could do with a big light. Overall lovely stay, very easy drive there and easy walking distance to o2.

Only stayed one night, but the hotel was very basic

Staff were lovely if a little vague at times i ended up paying twice for the same night. The rooms are quite compact but were tidy and clean. The area is a bit strange but it is not far to the o2 or to the Thames Walk into lovely Greenwich.

Easy to find, easy walking distance to Excel. Decent food, reasonable selection at the bar, friendly, helpful staff.

Staff were exceptional and the hotel itself is very sleek. Beds were super comfortable also

They went above and beyond to make sure both of us felt looked after, whether it was offering recommendations about Greenwich or checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel extra personal. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Greenwich, so we were able to easily explore the neighborhood’s charm, attractions, and dining options. It felt like the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat but still close to everything we wanted to see and do. Both my partner and I left The Rad Red feeling refreshed, happy, and completely satisfied. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenwich – it’s a real gem, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Rooms were clean, staff friendly! However, shower leaked all over bathroom and into room. Air con didn’t work very well so room was very warm all night.
