Reception staff were both excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and toiletries were very nice. The large fridge in the kitchenette was definitely a plus. The ‘kitchen’ wasn’t particularly well equipped but as we didn’t really use it that wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was okay but I would have expected more of a selection and more fresh fruit options for what we paid. Skypool is probably the size of two snooker tables side by side and there are only four sun loungers but as there was only one other couple there that wasn’t a problem. The town centre location is excellent but parking is a 10 minute drive away. I did get a lift back to the hotel from the car park but we got a taxi from the hotel to the car park in the morning as we didn’t want to be to-ing and fro-ing.

The apartment was perfect for location,,was clean and cool. Bed was comfy and roof top pool was lovely with a nice breeze from the sea. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Only negative was that the shower was not veryr powerful and up very high so water pressure was weak. Would use this hotel again. 👍

A great hotel right in the heart of Trapani, the hosts couldn't of been more helpful and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean throughout and had great air conditioning. The facilities were very good and comfortable throughout.

The property is a beautiful modern conversion of an old church with stunning architectural features. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. It's a bit tricky to reach if you're driving, but we took advantage of the guarded offsite parking and were quite happy with the service. There was no view from the room, but that was due to the nature of the architecture. The location was excellent for walking.

Lovely clean rooms, rooftop pool and the staff were really accommodating, when we asked for drinks to be made, they made us cocktails whenever we wanted. Gave us recommendations. Really cool place, with steel structure and very close to all the restaurants and the beach.

We stayed a few days and enjoyed the Azzoli. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is amazing inside an old church with glass walkways! Our room was clean and stylish, soft comfy bed and roof terrace and pool were great. Bathroom did smell a bit and we had the noise of the pool above us but overall a fine time had by all! Also great location in old city.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and the location is perfect., Could do with maybe a wardrobe in the bedroom, but the rest of the hotel is perfect.

The staff was amazing—our check-in was seamless. Communication showed us right to our room and gave fantastic suggestions for dinner spots and must-see attractions. The rooftop pool was a huge plus! Rooms were spotless, and the staff was always helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Unique modern hotel that was an old church. Great rooftop pool open 24 hours. Breakfast was good (they had smoked salmon and cream cheese and this is not common for hotel breakfasts in Italy so I really liked that.) The lady that makes the cappucinos in the breakfast area was so nice. Front staff extremely friendly and very willing to help. I forgot their names but they were 2 different ladies and they were both great! Location was perfect, very walkable and felt safe. Very cool hotel. I would stay here again.
