Nice room and really enjoyed the pool. Was close to everywhere we needed to get to. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

You hear the steps of guests in the room on top of yours and the voices and the doors slaming from the rooms in your floor.

Nice hotel located close to most amenities and very comfortable.

The policy of cleaning the room every second day was poor. On the second day at three pm the staff had still not shown up so there were no clean towels. Otherwise the pool and breakfast were great

I would prefer if the pool water would have been warmer. Found it was cold which we weren't able enjoy it as much we expected

I liked the convenience of being able to text for room service or help from the front desk

everything is good except for missing chocolate for my kids. The locks to the gym and swimming pool were broken so we had to ask the receptionist to open them for us.
