Great hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful property and large rooms. Great location off of Mass Ave walkable to great dining options and shops

Bottleworks was great, and willing to work with my delayed flight. There was a friendly and helpful employee available at all hours, and the property was fantastic - great food and shops located on the same block as the hotel. It was a little more pricy than I usually select when I'm staying somewhere, but the convenience, and what I got for the price was more than worth it.

We love staying at Bottleworks. It has a great bar and walkable to the Garage and restaurants.

The Bottleworks Hotel in Indy is based in a historical building that is beautiful and the hotel reflects that. The hotel was able to create very spacious rooms out of it and it was furnished well. Though I didn't manage to experience the facilities due to time constraint, I would not hesitate to stay here and if you have no loyalty to a particular hotel chain, this is probably the best option in Indy.

The customer service was phenomenal. The ambiance was more than I could have anticipated, it was overwhelming in the best sense of the word.

The blend of historic charm and modern luxury is truly unique—every detail, from the beautifully restored architecture to the stylish, comfortable big rooms, was thoughtfully designed. The service was top-notch, and the location can’t be beat with great restaurants, shops, and entertainment just steps away. A perfect spot for a memorable Indy experience. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay and hotel is beautiful with great amenities, however requested linens (and even offered to come pick up). Told they would bring to our room and waited until after midnight, but not provided.

Such a cool unique hotel & area around it. Stuff was great and room was fantastic.

Incredible attention to detail in the decor of this hotel. Very upscale, modern and well kept. The gulded king room was super spacious, automated window coverings and the spacious gymn was the crowning star! multiple venues for eating and play across the street and easy access to publuc parking if you want to save some money. But do note that there is not a charging port at the hotel but there is one within a mile of the hotel.

10/10 would recommend to a friend who’s looking for a stylist aesthetically pleasing environment! If you’re looking for a romantic getaway or simply to impress a colleague for a meeting, this is the place to do just that. The service, valet, and surrounding activities were not only convenient but a good time. I will be visiting again!

The hotel oozes cool vibes, from the art deco details to the red laquered room doors. The room was very large, couch and bed were comfy, and the shower in the bathroom was fantastic.

Room was clean and cozy and tastefully decorated. We were near the elevator but never heard any noise. We will definitely stay again.

The staff was great! Very cool building and the room was very clean. Lots to do around the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are big, and the hotel is beautiful. The only thing that could be better is the pillows, but the mattress was great.

Never been to Indy before, the Bottleworks area was the best area imo. Foodhall across the street was legit.
