The staff are friendly, the service is good, the cleanliness is good, basically it's nice, the pool is clean and quiet so it feels like a private pool, the food is also delicious.

The hotel's strategic location is near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the PIK area, and is connected to the mall. The hotel grounds are very clean, the rooms are well-designed and well-lit, and the room is very quiet. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, and the gym, pool, and other facilities are adequate and excellent. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for both staycations and business trips.

Comfortable, access to the city center is also good, it's close to Soetta airport, and if you want to go to the mall, it's very close.

We stay 1 night at King Family Suite. The room is clean and cozy. We have the view to the swimming pool and the city. Not on high floor as we expected. The only problem we had is we keep hearing loud noise in that room. We wonder if it’s because our room is above the gym. Other than that, everything is great. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good. The staff at the restaurant also very nice and helpful. The hotel also connected to the mall so the kids are happy during our short stay.

The staff served us wholeheartedly for 2 consecutive mornings when we were going to have breakfast at 6.15 WIB.
