Comfortable hotel, delicious food, strategic location connected to the mall, the hotel staff at the reception are quite friendly but the hotel staff at breakfast are not very friendly and not very helpful to my mother.

First Impression, the service was really fast and helpful! 👍🏻 I stayed for 1 night, room type was King Suite. Room looks clean, the size is ok for a suite, bed’s comfortable. Got a little peek of the swimming pool from the room and it was indeed a very big pool with a nice view from the 5th floor. Didn’t had the chance to try the food, but overall it was a lovely stay ☺️

The friendliness of the hotel staff and the convenience of being in the same location as the mall, making it easy to find things and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms as well as the many TV channels and the location is easy to find.

The only parking lot connected to the hotel is the basement. The lobby is a bit small, and can be quite crowded during certain hours. The facilities are new and well-maintained. The gym and swimming pool are adequate. The room size is as described. The bathroom has a shower, not a bathtub. There is no direct access from the hotel to the attached mall. There is a coin-operated laundry in the basement, which is a plus, although the price is a bit expensive. Strategically located with easy access to PIK, Citra Garden, and Taman Palem. Overall, recommended.

The carpet needs to be cleaned regularly, there are a few spots or stains.
