The room is clean, the service is good, it's only 2 minutes to the mall.

This is my first time staying here but it makes me want to come back again.

Disclaimer: I don't smoke/vape. Coming out of the elevator on the 9th floor immediately smelled of cigarettes, room 911 smelled of cigarettes left by the previous occupant in the room was very pungent and didn't go away even though the AC had been turned on for >10 hours, either because the AC air filter wasn't cleaned or what. The portable air filter was on and was in the 9th floor hallway, I don't know what it was intended to do and what the portable air filter was for outside the room in the 9th floor hallway. For food, some were good, some were not as expected.

good location,friendly staff, awesome services .the room and hotel area are so clean and very comfy. we had dinner and the food so delicious. breakfast also yummy. surely will come back again

It's really cool, you have to go to the receptionist and ask first before asking even though it's right in front of your eyes.

It was my second time. Everything has been good. The hotel is located near the mall. So it wass easy to find restaurants, etc.

For stays of more than a day, water refills should be more responsive, overall nice stay, good food.

Overall is good. Service is good. Only carpet in the room was wet.

The staff is very responsive to our complaints.
