The stay was overall average. While the location was convenient, the room condition could be improved, and the amenities felt a bit dated. The staff was professional, but the overall experience didn't quite meet expectations for the price.

Had trouble with the key. Requested additional towels and didn’t received them. The breakfast was not good.

Pretty new hotel or that is what it seemed, basic but well maintained, ok for 1-2 nights

When I arrived the room was not clean, there was no toilet paper. When I call to have this brought up to me I was told they did not do that I had to go back out and get it but reception fail to mantiene that and had me wait for 30 min until I call just for her to tell me they don’t bring things up to the room. She could had call back but instead decided to keep talking to her coworkers at the lobby

There are not many options in Delicias. I have to go every other month and this place only gets worse and worse. It can be much cleaner than it it. Put trash cans in the hall ways and make this place smell nice. It always smells either like feet or food. In the entrance they mantain the lights off, I guess to save energy but come on is a hotel. Very depressing.
