Friendly staff, a few steps from BTS Victory, convenient to move around. Clean room

Overall, I am very satisfied with the accommodation and location. The transportation is convenient, the room is clean, and the staff can give good advice. However, I have not used the hotel's dining service yet. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in the city center of Bangkok.

Except for the TV in the room automatically turning on at 5am, everything is fine 😢. I'm in room 317 🥲. I don't know if anyone else has the same problem as me. I checked, the TV doesn't have an auto-on setting.

A little disappointed with the room view (got a corner room that wasn't pretty) but the cleanliness of the facilities was excellent, so I forgave it. 😋

The stay at Vix Bangkok Hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. The room was clean, fully equipped and had large windows overlooking the city, creating a very comfortable feeling. The receptionist was friendly, helped me check in quickly and also suggested many nearby attractions. Although I did not use breakfast at the hotel, the surrounding area had many delicious and easy-to-find restaurants. What I like most is the hotel's very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from BTS Victory Monument station, making it easy to get to shopping centers such as Siam Paragon or Chatuchak market. With such reasonable price and service, I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back if I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again.

Location near the center and train, convenient for traveling. Surrounding are markets, malls and convenience stores. Friendly staff, enthusiastic support. Will come back here if I have the chance.

Location right at Victoria BTS, MRT, both bus and boat and also nak lok hotpot buffer, watson and 711. Location is really convenient for traveling, saving time, right in the center. Room is nice and clean, airy, not noisy, easy to sleep and rest, a bit small but suitable for the price. Receptionist support enthusiastically, and luggage deposit on the last day with name tag, very good.

Clean hotel, nice view, convenient location, convenient to go everywhere, under the hotel there is a motorbike taxi and bus station, easy to catch a taxi.

The room services were good, staffs are friendly, I haven't got the chance to try the food at the hotel.

Stayed here for the second time, got room 209, stayed on the 2nd floor, this time got a view of the parking lot, the room size is just right, sleeps 2 people, bathroom is separated, wet and dry, like the area around the hotel, there are food, shopping, BTS, if I return to Thailand, I will choose this hotel again.

This hotel is very good. Especially the location, it's very convenient to go everywhere in Bangkok. The hotel room is fine, I don't like the bathroom. The bathroom is made by glass. It's not privacy.

Wifi connection is not that strong, only strong in the corridor or lobby. While in the room, it's unstable

The hotel is ok in every way except for the extremely bad wifi, even Facebook can't load, the hotel should improve to give customers a better experience.

location abit far from downtown of city but we got very nice sea view, nice room, comfortable.

The staff had 2 sisters who were very enthusiastic in supporting us. There were 2 of us, we arrived at the hotel quite early and it was not possible to check in at that time. We left our things and went to eat, then returned to the hotel and it was not yet time to check in, but because I was quite tired, I sat and waited in the hotel lobby. The staff saw that I was tired so they tried to arrange for me to check in early, 1 hour before. The room was very clean, there were staff cleaning the room every day, full of amenities, I really liked it.

if you like to take the bts train, you can choose this hotel, near victory monument station. Everything is fine, the staff is friendly, you can find out how to get to the hotel in advance, it's hard to find the first time. On the last day of your stay, you'll know how to get there, it's quite fast and safe. Next to the boat noodle shop, really delicious.
