Bequeme Betten, tolle Lage, Sauberkeit war gut, aber nicht perfekt (bspw staubig unter dem Kofferständer) Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es ziemlich warm im Zimmer im 5. Stock, es war aber auch außergewöhnlich warm für anfangs Mai und die Klimaanlage/Lüftung gemäss einem Mitarbeiter noch im Wintermodus. Mit offenem Fenster ging es gut, allerdings hatten wir dann dafür etwas Lärm von der Rooftop Bar gegenüber. War niczt tragisch, aber auch nicht ganz optimal.

Interesting hotel, with character and charm. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great location in the heart of the town.

The one major problem was the lack of lighting in the room. Two small wall sconces and 1 dim table lamp are totally insufficient. It really detracted from what was otherwise an excellent and unique property

Fun decor great breakfast and nice friendly staff. Great location in pedestrian zone. Difficult to drive to except for by taxi..

Great location, cool eclectic decor and a very large room. However it was not great for sleeping due to weak air conditioning, and it was very loud outside if the window was open.

We've stayed here before and returned because the hotel is well priced, good location, and fantastic breakfast.

Very quirky hotel in the centre of Mulhouse! Parking downstairs in the car park, not expensive, bit awkward to get to but directions from the hotel were very good. Plenty of eating places around and within walking distance. Lovely rooms, we had a suite this time, good size. Breakfast is buffet style and varied! We will definitely be returning!

Like: Hotel decorations, quiet, good breakfast. Don’t like: Was forced to pay extra for spouse( breakfast). Hence Gold Status free upgrade isn’t really free.

The staff was so kind and the ambiente is familiar. Very special interior. Clean and cozy.

Interesting hotel in the center of the city. Suite was generously sized. Front desk staff assisted with dinner reservations and that was super helpful. I’d definitely skip the morning breakfast ‘for a fee’; wasn’t worth the cost and there are so many local patisseries around with delicious choices.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé avec un personnel très accueillant et des chambres vraiment bien équipée et spacieuses. J’aurais juste une remarque sur le chauffage, il faisait 0 C dehors et la température a l’intérieur n’était pas suffisante (ou réglable). Hormis cela tout c’est très bien passé

Fabulous location. Make sure to check in with Krone first as Magic is tricky to find using navigation.

Très bien décoré avec de beaux sapins si près de Noël. Petit déjeuner comme à la maison.

Parking was more of a challenge than I had expected, but after a good walk to the hotel through the padestrian precinct we were able to park in the underground cark park and then had easy access. Quirky comfortable hotel. Would recommend.
