The location is nice,The room was clean but the floor lamp didn't work and the sheets had a burn mark on them. I Went to the front desk to report it to get them changed out and ordered 2 cups of hot water for tea while I was waiting. We never received a new set sheets. I received the hot water to make tea and was charged for 2 teas even though I had my own tea bags and just needed hot water to brew it. The kitchen seems to have zero exhaust hoods so it's smoky all through out the hotel. You would think being in the Basque Country you would have a great breakfast but it was the equivalent to a generic American hotel breakfast. The staff was nice enough to refund us the money they charged us for the hot water the next morning. With just a little more attention to details and the hotel would make it a better stay.

Nice quiet location just off the main N260, last stop just before Bilbao good restaurant and lovely surroundings.

Always stop with our 2 dogs on way back and forth from UK to Portugal. We love the quiet area in the mountains. The home cooked meals are a treat as well.

We enjoyed the peace and solitude as well as nearness to our hiking near the Sanctuary.

Great small hotel with lively restaurant

Hotel surroundings are amazing, hotel is excellent and the food is too. Staff were very helpful. Very good value for the price of rooms and food. Will definitely use this hotel again when travelling.

Prima kamer, goed bed, hotel ligt uitstekend voor ontdekken van de omgeving en doen van mooie bikes. Eten is eenvoudig, eetzaal enorm lawaaiig, ontbijt eenvoudig, heerlijke koffie.

Malgré un cadre agréable, notre séjour a été gâché par une clientèle peu respectueuse et soucieuse des autres. Personne a l’hôtel n’a trouver judicieux de les sensibiliser sur le confort des autres clients… très déçus

El personal quitando la chica de recepción los demás no son muy simpáticos que digamos, la comida del fin de semana es lo mas parecido a un atraco a mano armada, si por lo menos estuviera buena. El entrecot es una suela de zapato que no la tienes que cortar con una motosierra y el rape solo tiene el nombre. En fin no se puede tener todo.

La ubicación

Genial fue nuestra estancia! Todo muy limpio, agradable, el personal muy amable. La única pega fue la cena en que tardaron más de una hora en servirnos la comida, fue por el exceso de aforo.
