The property was super relaxing! Brought my son for his 10th birthday and though he is use to having a water park area on our vacations he still had a blast! The gym does need some more equipment and maybe an expansion for us who love to workout even on vacation:

We loved our stay! This resort is definitely worth it, we would go back. We liked that you can make it what you want it to be. Safe and nice having golf carts to get around when needed. Love the spa and pool. Husband got certified to scuba dive and that was a short walk!

This was exactly the kind of reset I didn’t know I needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt taken care of. The staff was warm and welcoming—so many kind faces willing to help with anything. The resort itself is beautiful: stylish, clean, and right on the water. My room was super comfortable, and I loved having a little balcony space to just breathe and take it all in. The rooftop pool was a vibe—perfect for relaxing with a drink and watching the sunset. I didn’t stay long, but even in two days, I left feeling refreshed. My only wish? That I had more time to explore everything (and eat more—because the food was so good). If you’re thinking about it—do it. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The Alaia is so beautiful! Everyone has access to a balcony from their room (not all are private but no one ever came near the one near my room). The pools are clean and there are stunning views from the rooftop adult only bar and pool! The food is delicious including room service. The staff are so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They gave amazing recommendations, made reservations on my behalf, and helped me to review my itinerary as a solo traveler for safety. I informed them that it was my birthday, when I arrived there was a birthday cake in the refrigerator and a happy bday display on my bed! The cake was soooo good! I would definitely recommend this property 100%! Rent a golf cart to drive (Luxury, OJ, or Blue Hole are the best) as it is not close to town or other beaches. Taxi’s are expensive!

They tried their best. And I appreciate that not the worst place. I’ve been but there’s definitely room for improvement. I appreciate them kindly handling my concerns.

The Crystals, with a “C” and a “K,” Eric, and Elvis, were all amazing. They made our experience 10x better! The food, the room, and the service were perfect!

Great service. The customer service was 10/10. Food was delicious. The amenities were very nice. Spent Every day at the pool. I would stay here again next time I visit San Pedro. I also liked that you could bill taxi charges to the room which helped with not using all my cash.

Had a great time. Service was excellent and the resort is fabulous. We will definitely be back.

Love this hotel, so modern and spacious rooms! Had the 2 bedroom suite and it was more than enough room for 3 people! the pools were wonderful, staff was great and the food was great

Overall an excellent stay! I will be returning. The only issue I had was service for from the airport to the ferry. My guest arrived early prior to the entire group. They shuttle to the ferry and charged me an extra fee. My guest wasn’t aware that they would be charged. It wasn’t brought to our attention until after we left the hotel. Other than that I love the hotel and staff.

The smell of seaweed from the ocean made enjoying the outside difficult.

The and you are treated like royalty during the stay. I had a wonderfully relaxing trip.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the TV channels didn’t work. Nor did the room phones. It was always a busy signals. Everything else was perfect!!!
