Receptionist was professional, friendly and welcoming. Sojourn was perfect for our visit with a loved one in Wellington Hospital. It’s walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and on the main bus route to the city. Beautiful, clean and comfortable bed. Very clean. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Wellington.

Exactly what I needed

This was a surprise hotel. From the staff service to the quality of the rooms, it surpassed any expectation that I may have had. I would return for another stay without hesitation. Some of the dining options in the area are a bit limited but the local cafe breakfast options were good.

Great that there is always someone on the front desk, both people we spoke with were great. We only spend a few hours there as had an early flight out and met our needs.

We had a great stay, the room was clean and had all the facilities as per description. Very handy to the hospital but a bit further away from town, which is still walking distance and there is public transport outside. Would definitely stay again as very handy to family.

The property was a great size and the beds were extremely comfortable. Reception staff were great.

Clean rooms. Close to supermarket & restaurants. No dining table & chairs in the room I was in. Parking also available at the supermarket if hotel parking is full

Very nice room, we rented the two bedroom with the kitchen, it’s right across the street from the hospital. It would be a great location, if you had a family member at the hospital, we found it slightly loud on Saturday night to relax.

This is my choice of stay when i travel to Wellington to visit a friend annually. It never disappoint.

Really impressed by the customised hotel help menu in that smart TV, secure carpark is also automated, and smart AC, would love to stay a bit longer next time. Also in a very convenient location immediately next to woolworths and but stops (but also a bit noisy in the morning due to that convenience)

The unit had everything you would need for a stress free stay in Wellington. If you are a self caterer, you might want a larger unit. We had the smallest one. Due to its proximity to the hospital, it can be a touch noisy sometimes. The good side of that location is excellent Public Transport options, with stops located within a few meters of the hotel.

The Receptionist was very helpful, helping my wife with her bags, to our room while I parked the car at Countdown. I was able to buy some groceries while there and walk the 2 minutes back. Very comfortable bed and good shower.
