Perfect Location outside of busy city center.

Breakfast was great

Significant issue was not taken seriously. Didn't feel safe. Won't return.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room was fantastic the bed alone was like sleeping on a cloud. They everything you couod think of in the room we will definitely be booking again

Staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is close to a Walmart, so if you have forgotten anything you can walk to it.

This hotel is by far the best one in Welland!!! Breakfast is always delicious and lots of different options. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet area. Yet still close to shopping and restaurants.

I have not checked in. I cancelled because of severe weather and they refused to refund my payment. They also lied to Expedia and said the other members of our team arrived and that I should’ve—none of our team made the 2.5 hour drive after the OPP advised against travel. I always book with IHG for the MANY tournaments of my kids and their teams. NEVER again.

Courteous service from all. Thank you for rebate coupons (Mr. Mike). However, if possible, regular clients should be housed on a separate floor from hockey tournament families.A little noisy in hallway after 10 pm. Also, toaster requires servicing. Overall, an excellent stay!

The welcome at the front desk was friendly. The room was clean. It was close to restaurants & shopping. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend.
