Great friendly staff..we did not eat in their dining ..close to airport and like shuttle service.. only neg is noisy street but probably normal for NY.lol

Good breakfast, nice staff, clean room. It is in a decent area. FYI, it is about a 13 minute walk to the closest subway. Would stay again.

I liked this hotel, it offers reasonable prices and a comfortable stay. The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but decent. The only downside was the cleaning service. I stayed for two days, and my room wasn’t serviced on the second day. I had to go to the reception to request fresh towels.

CERY CLEAN

First room assigned was dirty (hair in shower, bathroom floor, tape holding floor trim together next to shower). Gave me second room and the heat didn’t work, burst of hot air then went off completely all night I was miserable but knew they said it was the only room available. Still not the cleanest but I chose cleaner over heat. I have two stars because they have a coffee machine that roasts from freshly grind whole coffee beans and you can choose your coffee type and strength. Breakfast staff was nice but the hotel chain needs better breakfast options and none pork options each day.

Shuttle available only for LaGuardia airport.

Excellent experience the front desk receptionist was very helpful and the security helped me bring my bags upto my room

The room was very nice and clean. I really enjoyed the space. The employees from the deck clerk to housekeeping were very courteous and friendly, made for a pleasant experience. I definitely will book IHG again.

We had an issue at check-in which was quickly resolved by the manager. We were then offered an upgrade to a suite and a late check out. Staff was supurb, hotel was immaculate and the suite we were given was perfect!! Will definitely stay here again
