The pleasant staff!

Small shower head

The service was exceptional. All staff members, without exception, were friendly and helpful, professional and courteous. My room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and bed linen was luxurious. This was the first hotel that I can remember staying in where the pillows were marked soft or firm. It was also a rare luxury to have a light duvet that matched exactly the weather.

Everyone and everything at the hotel was great! The room was a good size and clean. The staff were very helpful and kind.

I arrived on the 5th of March in Lusaka, without a booking for a hotel as the initial hotel i was meant to stay in was too far out my way for work. I chose Hotel Inn by chance and i must say, Holiday Inn has officially won a place in my Heart. I regularly travel to different countries in Africa for Work and i must say, out of ALL hotels I've stayed in, Holiday Inn has by far been thee BEST. The Hotel Staff took incredible care of me, knowing i work in the liquor industry, they always supplied me with extra water, always ensured i had help carrying my items to and from my room without expecting nothing in return, i mean?? Where else can you find such kind and caring people. I genuinely appreciate every single one of the staff members, from the beautifully friendly cleaners, the Reception staff, the Restaurant staff to the Security Guards who ensured my Safety at all times. I FULLY 100% Recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone out there. It is extremely clean, a home away from home. Thank you for everything and i look forward to my next stay at Holiday Inn!!

the place is very clean and well kept.The view was breath taking

I booked the hotel for my wife using a Reward night. When she came to pay the small balance due (about $15) they charged my card with a further $101. When I queried the charge they claimed they had not received the instruction. They requested me to email but 2 days later I have still had no response. Very poor customer service and apparent ignorance of the Rewards process.

The location is great, not too far from anywhere in town. The hotel is still fairly new and the feel nice finishings is superb. Food is good too, only downside is it takes a while to prepare. Otherwise the overall stay was good. Staff were friendly and I would stay there again on my next business trip

Great spot with a fantastic breakfast bar -- worth buying and finding time to enjoy. The lunch dinner menu is good but a little pricey.

Good location and great staff. Oliver was especially helpful. Onsite construction was a little noisy but we survived.
