Business Friendly!

Service from the front desk to the restaurant bar professionals was unbelievable and unrivaled. Jillian the bartender takes pride in his work and is full of recommendations not limited to just his property I believable stay!!!

The property has been nicely renovated and is very trendy looking. It is NOT on the beach, nor does it overlook the beach - so do not spend the extra money for a balcony "with a beach view". The bartender was the best - very friendly and personable. We arrived in town quite early but were given an early check-in for a minimal fee, which was super nice. The front desk lady, however, was not that friendly. The restaurant couldn't get us a quick coffee and eggs before we left - we had 45 minutes and she said we could take it to go. Their cooler had some sandwiches and my husband asked the front desk lady if they had mayo/mustard and she said yes . . . and then he was like can I have some? It was just weird. The beach was just a block away; there wasn't much excitement in that part of town, no fault of the hotel's. Walked to the closest restaurant for breakfast, and it cost $100. We usually stay in Miami Beach before boarding a cruise, but wanted to try something different. The area just didn't have much happening. If you are looking for quiet downtime, this area would be great.

The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious and had a great view. My only hang up would be the $39 dollar per day valet and the bar closing by 9:30, 10pm. But overall very happy with my experience and accommodations.

Loved the easy access to the beach! The bartender, Julian, was awesome! Very clean, appears well maintained, well staffed. We found the cutest Sandbar Grill located on the beach - 4 minute walk from hotel. Would visit again!

Good place to stay

Staff was friendly. The food options were great along with the drinks.

It’s right across the beach

I was locked out of my room for two hours because the lock on the door was broken and nobody could get us in. Second the TV wasn’t working for almost 2 days and I usually like to have the TV on for background noise and look at the news. They had to give us a second room with the view to the parking lot. We had a pack and unpack again everything so it was inconvenience and tiring.

Very close to the beach and hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice.

Good hotel. Please keep in mind that $40 valet per is basically going to be required when booking this hotel, outside of your hotel rate. Solid hotel. I would consider it a 7/10. It is a clean hotel, conveniently located, great customer service. Room service must be requested. Not a bad choice at all.

The property was great. The beach access was so nice, literally a 2 minute walk out the front doors. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to so many restaurants and shopping stores. The ONLY complaint I had, was the parking availability. You have to pay to park at the hotel, $39 per night. That may be considered normal for that area, but it was the only inconvenience we had. You have to pay to park EVERYWHERE you go.

Love the vallet parking

The hotel did not have TV service all three days we were there every day they told us it would be back on, but never was. We asked the maid every day towels and she never had any of us. She said she would get some and leave them by our door they were never there. The air conditioning is not great, would shut off randomly the showerhead was stuck on the hard pressure shower feature, and when somebody else used water in the hotel, it went to a drip. There is a huge lack of trash cans in the rooms and in the hotel the hotel advertises that it is on the beach, however it is Not. I was a little disappointed not sure that I stay here again.
