Lovely place

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property, each time we’ve appreciated the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the comfortable and spacious room and bathroom, and the convenient location. We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast fare and the delicious coffee.

Property was pretty but the whole check in experience was HORRIBLE! They don’t take CHIME card, not to mention you have to have a debit card to use to pay the deposit

Love this location. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The room was great! Full kitchenette. It was quiet and extremely clean. Kuddos to the management/employee team! They are doing an awesome job.

Great layout in room

The hotel is immaculate, the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Arriving a few minutes before midnight traveling down I-5 since 2pm was truly a god-send blessing....the doors were still open with smiling staff who assisted me with my 95 year old mom. THANKS

Floor was sticky. Walls weren’t wiped down (had dirt or boogers on them). It appeared clean but once inside, didn’t feel that clean at all

We’ve stayed here a handful of times. Checked in late, around 9. The hotel was filled with a high school sports team, the front desk asked if I had room preferences, I did not. So she put me in a hearing impaired room closest to an exit door for the stairs, slams every 5 min or so. No remote control to the tv and after 4 calls, 1 went through to front desk which wasn’t very helpful, I gave up waiting and used my laptop as a tv just to drowned out the pool area noise. Also, not a single parking spot so you have to park on the street and walk in, past the roomers and drifters hanging around. I’ll be staying at towneplace from now on.

We stayed here previously and enjoyed, only complaint is again the showers. Water sometimes took a long time to warm up, pressure was not great, and then there is no door or curtain, so you are always cold.

This was our first time staying at Residence Inn and we were very impressed. Very clean facility, convenient part of town, ample parking close to room. Would definitely recommend even if you did not need the kitchenette. I go to bed earlier than my husband so he was able to watch TC in the living room after I went to bed. Excellent choice for us.

Room was spacious, great for work travel. Minor complaints: The water pressure was not great. The shower did not have a door? Only a half wall, so it was cold and water got everywhere.
