This plase is not a hotel it's a dump and should not be called a hotel. No amenities, shower was broken, paper thin walls, sheets were satin and had holes in them. Plaster was cracking. It was terrible. The only thing good about the place was a roof over you head, mattress was good and the toilet work. I would give it 0 stars if possible. AREAL DUMP, AN EXPENSIVE

Location was good, hosts were helpful. The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in place and the shower curtain kept falling down.

Needed a place to crash with my family, was clean and not expensive.

It was small and you did have a staircase to navigate, but it’s no different from some places around Europe. It was just what we needed. The Metro was an 8 minute walk. Me and my family have no complaints and I would book again.

My only complaint is the room had no windows but I probably should have checked prior to arrival. The area is safe and close to the subway and many tourist attractions. The lobby doesn’t have staff 24/7 but I never needed to ask for much. The cleaning staff did an excellent job refilling everything

It has basic amenities . Transport nearby , easy get to city and tourist spots

Was a lovely little property on the outskirts of the city centre, about a half hour walk. The room was smaller than expected but clean, and had a mini fridge which was a lovely touch to keep drinks cool in the heat! And staff were super friendly and welcoming as well which brilliant as well.

Good service

The price was good for a one night stay. We stayed there because it was close to the airport.

Had to wait for 15 minutes at the door when I arrived but when the guy came to open was very apologetic... Then I could get a late check out, which was very convenient for me. Economic accommodation for what I needed.

Todo bien un poco pequeño

Está todo hecho un asco. Recepción con mal aspecto llena de cosas hasta papel higiénico, con habitaciones en una portería y mal hecho. Se oye todo y encima hay humedades, muebles hechos una saco. Óxido y una nevera de mesa de noche. Precio desorbitado para lo que es. Menos mal que estaba limpio pero las sábanas dejan mucho que desear. Manchas que no se quitan…. Cerca del Movistar Arena lo único bueno. Pero vamos, que es un antro.
