This property is exceptional, especially the staff, who work not only as a team, but as a family.

Excellent; but please consider adding more creamer options for the coffee (French Vanilla, Hazelnut, etc)

Nice large studio suite with kitchen. TV worked well with chrome cast. Good breakfast. Only downside was expensive parking.

I've stayed here several times before in a 1 bedroom suite but this was the first time they gave me a suite that was right on the train tracks. Was not at all enjoyable with a commuter train crossing dinging away all through the night.

I have no idea why he took my food away before I ever finish eating salad

The only issue I had is that the remote stopped working, I called the front desk who couldn’t leave since working alone assured me that the batteries would be replaced by him. He couldn’t find a replacement remote, also was not able to replace the batteries…..he was going to keep the remote until the next day a person could address the problem. I told him that was not acceptable and took back the remote. The remote was not working properly afterwards, but did the next morning….strange, I agree.

Great hotel BUT right on the train tracks and half the rooms face the gate which dings and closes all day and night. I had to change rooms as it was so loud and distracting.

Paul, the bartender took my food away before I finished eating would like to enjoy my salad before he took my food away. Second night Paul bartender would not serve me? He claim my dog was bothering two patrons. I asked them they said that’s not true. I wanted a glass of cab or a glass of wine and some food. Sat there for 40 minutes no help. Great stay for when I am visiting family. Very convenient.

I didn't know that you have to find a place to park or pay $35.00 to have it parked for you. I found a place on the street 2 blocks away.

Location perfect for us. Safe and comfortable. Max can be loud at times.

Bland robotic checking clerk. Never use room 202 parking lot spotlights beaming in no curtain to shade you. Utilitarian room with no character. Bed not that good.

We Stayed at this place twice already and It is always a good/ safe experience. so quite too and breakfast is awesome!

The hotel itself is nice, clean and professional. The location is convenient, but the parking situation is awful. You risk street parking or must park across the way in a structure. Fun fact. The structure payment system went down and I had to have the police department come and let me out.

My Mom stayed and has issues getting around and said everyone was very helpful and super nice as well as the hotel itself being very clean and nice
