Hola buen dia , esperamos por parte del Servicio de mayordomos un trato exclusivo y al menos con. Nosotros no lo lograron Dista muchisimo de la excellenca , La pscina sucia Una puerta del Baño a la terrace rota La ducha del jacuzzi de la terrace con goteo En fin un desastre A execcion de Eli exelente y el botonrs q nos recibio, el dia q llegamos Chico deberia ser mayordomo Por los demas el resto del personal muy bien Quiero reconocer q los mayordomos son educados y correctos , pero esperamos al estar en una habitación presidential un trato de excellenca q no recibimos y si lo comparators con Otto’s Servicios en Otto’s hotels es nulo Un saludo Gracias

Best resort in México and probably in America. Make sure to reserve the restaurants and parks in advance and if you have a chance, go to the spa!

Love everything. 5 days were not enough. Loved the experience, coming back for sure.

Super todo ! Lo único que no me gusta que los huéspedes dejan los platos de comida afuera del cuarto y duran mucho en recogerlos, y otra cosa , que si llegas un día antes y tú check in es un día después no puedes abordar el transporte, y de regreso igual, tienes que presentar tu pase de abordar ese mismo día, también fui a ver lo de la membresía y se enojan si no les compras nada.

3rd visit this year. Excellent food and amenities, service was wonderful.

This is our second time at a xcaret property! We arrived on a Wednesday and left on Sunday. The staff Wednesday- froday afternoon were fantastic, but there was a noticeable shift on Friday night through Sunday. We saw that a large conference was being hosted on the property that weekend and it seems the staff were overwhelmed in all areas with long lines at all the restaurants and bars. We went to the front desk with a concern and were ignored for 15 minutes while everyone worked at a computer when we finally made them pay attention to us we were told our concern wasn’t their problem and not their fault. I pushed back and finally got redirected to the concierge desk, who aknowledged the concerned and fixed it to the eBay of their ability. Our excursion ran late getting us back to the hotel by a half hour and our check in guide gave us the wrong time for our dinner reservations, so what was supposed to be a 2 hour gap was narrowed down to 15 mins or less. We just wanted to rescheduled or cancel without penalty since the excursion was through the hotel and it was not our fault transport was late getting us back. The timeshare sales and returning discount sales person where incredibly pushy and rude. We were taking our bags to the front to be held so we could have breakfast and they demanded we check out first, we said sure but then they spent 30 minutes trying to push us into the sale and we almost missed our window for breakfast on a long travel day they would not take no.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Only downside was it was so huge that we had to figure out which way to go to figure out where our room was but being that we are landmark people it was easier for us, shuttle to xplor was nice and comfortable. When they did our room cleaning someone took a robe which we could have gotten charged for thankfully, we did not And we were even offered another robe. Food was amazing except, but we believe everyone in our party got food poisoning at the restaurant named Arenal and we had diarrhea for days other than that. Oh wait to pay that much for an all-inclusive resort stay we had limited access to certain parts of the resort due to members only ““ Now other than that experience was I was saying 7 1/2 out of 10.

Amazing facility. Unlimited activities, very clean. Endless pools/beaches. Best hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Great Serivce, Excellent atmosphere, Luxury facilities. Only down side was that we picked up a stomach bug on the last day. ate a special dinner with an 11 course meal. One of the items got us. Unfortunate end to what was otherwise a fantastic stay

Absolutely beautiful, one of the most cleanest, hospitable resorts I’ve ever stayed at. There was so much to do and see! Can’t wait to go back!

Room and amenities are fantastic. Every restaurant the food was delicious. Lots of pools. The parks, excursions and transportation were great

Loved it it was definitely worth the price! Only downside is wish that they would do more for special occasions like other resorts do, only thing they fell short on

Es hermoso, el staff demasiado excelente, la comida riquísimas..lo unico que creo es q es muy complicado para direccionarte caminas demasiado mas porque te pierdes y es muy confuso que por la distancia en si. Y el licor como sugerencia diria que si le añaden cervezas y refrescos y agua a su traslado oh a su lounge seria mucho mejor el recibimiento, de igual forma a la llegada a su hotel la cafeteca esta perfecta pero un carrito de refrigerios como los antes mencionados ademas de las paletas de helado seria un plus

Beautiful all inclusive resort with humble, kind and 5 star service. The attention is out of this world. We had a wonderful time. Wish we would have stayed longer. We will return for sure!

Everything from the property to the food and restaurants and amenities were excellent. The parks and activites were awesome. It was worth every penny to stay in this beautiful resort.And all the employees are very pleasant and kind. We can't wait to go back😊
