The building and rooms are nice. Unfortunately, the entrance is narrow for large cars and traffic jams. The location is a bit hidden and hidden. The rooms are okay and clean.

This hotel uses technology well. Upon complaint, there was an immediate AI response. However, the follow-up didn't resolve the issue. Our room was exposed to the light of a broken light bulb from outside the hotel complex. At night, while we slept, the bright light flickered non-stop. It was very uncomfortable. The disturbance wasn't noticeable even if the room lights were on brightly. The front office's response was simply to apologize for the faulty light being outside the hotel. The hotel should have communicated to the neighbor responsible for the light and asked them to turn it off while they waited for repairs. The security guard at the front office responded by saying that the situation had been going on for days. I was saddened; this shows the hotel's disregard for the comfort of its guests or that it lacks good relations with its neighbors. A problem that could have been resolved by communicating with the neighbor to turn off the light was instead ignored, sacrificing the guests' rest.

The hotel staff at check-in were incredibly rude, even though they were just asking for Wi-Fi. Overall, though, it was great. The place was very comfortable.

When I wanted to check out, I had to unload my luggage on the lobby floor. The staff was unhelpful. The male cleaning service man chewed his food while asking questions (even though it was Ramadan). The hotel requires guests to unload their own luggage when checking in and checking out...

Nice, comfortable stay because there was an event nearby, so it was really helpful to have a water heater and a prayer room, comfortable if you just want to take a short break. Thank you, I don't have many photos, but it's nice, and the service is friendly.

The room is unique and very comfortable, the toilet and bathroom are separate so it is more convenient.

It's really fun, the room is spacious, the atmosphere is nice, makes you feel at home

Staying here is really okay, just checking in takes a bit longer, only checking in at 3am.

Suitable if we have an event at the UT campus, the place is easy to access even though we often get the wrong location.. the food and coffee are delicious, the mattress is too hard, but it is enough for resting.. cleanliness needs to be improved, especially regarding the mosquito problem that can still enter the room..

the bed is hard, the TV doesn't get a signal

Got a bad first impression when i were given a room that hadn’t been prepared yet, but the staff quickly resolved it and provided a better room. Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay for a week or two

Hotel/lodging with a price of 400+breakfast,, not recommended at all to include breakfast. Could you please improve it again. Don't disappoint guests. The first day was a styrofoam boxed rice (white rice + chopped omelet + 3 slices of teriyaki chicken), the second day was a styrofoam boxed rice (minimal flavor fried rice + thin omelet). Thank you
