We had a lovely break using this place as our base

Nice neighbourhood. You get a parking space. Public transport - €2.50 per person bus #4 to the old town (last stop). Bus stop from the apartment is a short walk up the hill, then across the road. On the way back, the bus stop is approx. 50 metres down the hill. Very convenient still. The promenade is less than 10 mins. walk away, and so are restaurants and cheap eats. Easy to find if you are driving, but bear in mind this is a narrow residential road. Everything we needed were in the apartment. We had a comfortable sleep. The area is safe.

The rental was clean, modern and spacious. It was a few minutes walk to a grocery store, which was very convenient. The only thing missing was a washing machine, but there a great laundromat next to the grocery store so it wasn’t an issue. A very pleasant stay on a quiet street.

Drago was the best, our flight was delayed then i had to drive down from split and the rain was terrible but he waited up for me at 12am to let us in and show us around. The accommodation was perfect, had everything you needed to make you feel at home and its the best night sleep i think i have had on my travel around europe.

Great property and can’t beat the location to a grocery store and the promenade area with lots of restaurant choices. The host was there to greet us when we arrived and provided very useful local information (e.g. when to catch buses) as well as toured us around the apartment to ensure we understood how everything worked.

Friendly host. Lovely clean apartment. Very good location near to supermarket and restaurants. Sunset beach within 5 minute walk which is a must see! Bus links to old town very nearby with regular service. Host was very attentive and informative of area. Thanks.

This apartment was very clean. Equipped with everything we needed. It located in a nice neighborhood, close to the bus stop and several good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property near beach, stores, restaurants, and near bus stop that takes your straight to old town. Very roomy and clean. Great bed, bath and kitchen.

Great apartment, super clean and great communication. 35 min walk from old town and 15 mins walk to the beach. Supermarket open Monday - Saturday and great pizza place nearby.

Very clean and orderly Studio that was comfortable. Easy to ride a bus into Dubrovnik Old Town.

Absolutely brilliant stay, accommodation was new, clean and had everything. Drago greeted us at the agreed time, showed us everything we needed and told us all about nearby facilities, attractions and transport. It's super convenient to the promenade with restaurants, bars and waterside and easy bus into the Old City. Drago even booked our taxi to the ferry for 6:00am and was there to take us down to meet it. Wonderful.

A short walk to promenade and restaurants in Lapad Beach. 10 min bus ride - no 4. And the accomodation was gorgeous. Owner was so lovely too.

El mejor apartamento en el que hemos estado. Somos viajeros habituales. No le falta de nada, incluso zapatillas, que en nuestro caso no hizo falta. Cama comodísima. Todo perfecto. Gracias por todo.

Great apartment, very well equipped.

O proprietário Drago foi um anfitrião perfeito. Nos aguardou no horário combinado e ao chegarmos nos mostrou todo o apartamento e como utiliza lo. Nos deu diversas dicas de supermercado próximo, praia, ponto de ônibus, como ir a old town, restaurantes… Recomendo a hospedagem.

Everything was great, very polite staff, at a walking distance from the beach, bus at 2min from the appartement to go to the old town Dubrovnik, the room was just like the pictures, nothing bad to report. Would go back again.
