Phenomenal facility and staff. The room, restaurant, and spa were amazing.

I felt very welcome throughout my stay. The reception staff were always friendly and communication was really good, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The restaurant staff were also very kind and caring. Everyone greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay and had a lovely experience overall.

Wonderful as usual

Room was clean, the restaurant was tasty, perfect location to the airport with a shuttle included. The pool was closed because of the time of year but it looked beautiful and a sauna!!! The gym was 10/10 for a hotel gym!

Clean, spacious and well designed rooms with friendly reception staff. Great shuttle service from and back to airport. However our two rooms were too warm (27 degrees Celsius when we arrived) and there was no way to cool them except opening a window and turning off the heat. Even doing this, we found that the 2 rooms my family used were much too warm. We checked with front desk staff and were told that the cooling system had been turned off so there was nothing else that could be done.

Hotel provided a free shuttle from the airport which was great! Breakfast was grat and experience at the onsite restaurant was lovely wih a nice view of the beautiful swimming pool. Will surely visit when next in Tirana.

The rooms were comfortable. Definitely the wrong time of year to use the pool, but we reserved the sauna and it was lovely! The gym is well equipped, too. We found out after arriving that we needed to arrange for the shuttle at least 2 hours in advance of when we needed a lift - which was not clearly outlined on the hotel website. We called and made the arrangements then spent some time sorting out sim cards for our phones, changing currency, having a snack and getting the gps for the next day's rental car sorted so it wasn't time wasted waiting for the shuttle. The restaurant is delicious, but there is a coffee shop and cafe across the street that are tasty, too. Location is very convenient to the airport.

The shuttle was wonderful! Very modern and nice stay! Maybe add English language option to Television settings in future TV’s

Shuttle was very easy

Amazing staff at this hotel stamita, meggi and alora went above and beyond for my 5 day stay in this hotel! The spa staff is brilliant as well as front desk staff, all facilities included are amazing to use…. Definitely recommend this hotel to stay in when in Tirana Albania!
