Great location near the airport with shuttle. Very nice swimming pool and restaurant.

Room was clean, staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect if you need to go to or from the airport. They have a free transfer and also green parking. Perfect for my travel needs as I was en route to another destination. Rooms are big, modern and comfortable

Hotel transfer from the airport did not show up though the flight was 30mins late. Directions from .lGoogle maps not correct! Otherwise, front staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property, room clean and spacious. Pool, fitness center and sauna all new.

Great place to stay the night if you are flying in late or departing early. It’s a new hotel so everything works as it should. Be sure to book your airport shuttle at least 2 hours in advance! Definitely will be back.

Staff was unhelpful in coordination of 24/7 shuttle from airport. Traveling as two young women, we coordinated a hotel shuttle to pick us up from MK ahead of time. The staff ignored our calls and texts upon landing in Tiana around midnight. We had to take a taxi from the airport and pay an exuberant amount out of pocket. The staff blamed us for not finding the shuttle on the dimly lit parking lot. Incredible terrible way to start our Albanian travels. Beautiful county and people, but would not recommend the MK Hotel.

Great hotel by the airport.

The pool was warm and good for swimming. The sauna was nice as well but you have to ask the reception to have it on. The rooms were very nice but they didnt give free water every day as they did on the first day we arrived. Would've been nice to have had cold water to come home to and also no small milk cartons to have tea with. Chefs were helpful with everything I asked for, eg milk for tea to have in room, heating up of outside food. We didnt eat anything at all in hotel as it had to be paid for separately. Our bathroom overflowed with shower water when we showered and night staff was really helpful. This hotel is 15-20 mins away from city centre. I had use of a car so no issue. But there was no shuttle buses to and fro hotel. Wasn't any entertainment on for adults but they had kids party on day we arrived. Plenty of space for parking car. Also the food wasnt halal in hotel so couldn't dine in even though we didnt pay for it.

We only stayed one quick night but everything was clean and as expected. The pool looked great.

Property was huge and had all the facilities we required before our flight. Their airport shuttle was great. The room was very very spacious. The pool was lovely. The restaurant food was delicious. All in all I would definitely recommend this place as an airport layover.

Property was beautiful, front desk staff was friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, location was great for our next day departure from TIA. Disappointed that sauna was not working. Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could). The hotel was hosting a birthday party in the pool area and the f&b staff claimed to be too busy to help us. Difficult to believe that a hotel of this caliber would not have properly staffed for a party that was surely booked with plenty of advanced notice. Sorry to complain, but I wanted our last night on vacation to be special and the hotel should be staffed so that all reasonable requests can be accommodated, not just the party.

Very upscale property with a lovely pool and delicious restaurant 5 minutes from airport. Super comfortable and has a nice gym. We ate lunch and dinner there. The food was delicious. Pool was very nice to relax by. Great place to stay before you fly out or just flew in and it’s late

Very nice hotel close to the airport!

Property was very clean and tidy, as it was cleaned every single day. For families with kids, this is a haven. Breakfast was so good and so was the Staff, but amenities provided by the hotel like water after 10:30 pm was pathetic. You will be asked to use the bottled mineral water in the mini bar, which was priced so high. Overall, it is a good property that is very close to the Tirana Airport.
