Convenient location near highway 416 and only about 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa. Nice spacious room and free breakfast with lots of options.

Room was great. Location was perfect. The wifi was inaccessible. I was referred to a tech support online, who referred me to the front desk, who referred me to online support, who referred me to the front desk. Never received a solution. Made it difficult to get the work I had planned on completing done, which was annoying to me. Wifi HAS to be available or else I will book elsewhere. There was wifi advertised.
