Very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Big workout area and laundry for guests. Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and woulf definitely stay again.

Check in took forever (no attendant was even at the front desk for 15-20 minutes and then when checking was asked if we could wait 5-7 minutes as there were no clean rooms- we checked in at 5:00 pm!!) Room was very clean and beds were comfortable though

Everything was just great!

Check in was quick and easy, which was great as we got there late. Room was clean. Another guest on the floor had a dog which barked at 11pm, and again at 6:30am. Didn’t get the restful sleep I was hoping for. The mattresses were awful. Hard coils. Staff were friendly & lots of options for breakfast. Pool was clean and tidy. I accidentally booked a non-refundable stay for 2 nights. Plans changed and only required 1 night in the end. I tried contacting Expedia and the hotel and got nowhere. So ending up forfeiting an entire night at full pop. An expensive mistake, and for that reason I won’t stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Quick and friendly. Very efficient

We have stayed here three times now, and each time have been pleased with our experience. The room was more than sufficient, the pool and breakfast areas well tended to, and we had no complaints about how we and our two small dogs were treated. All in all, a positive stay and we'll be joining them again next visit to Barrhaven/Ottawa to see family.

Front desk agent had no customer service sence i felt he did not even wanted me there i was served with alot of frustration.

We just there for a night but was very clean and bed was comfy.

My only negative was that the toilets are very low - and no grab/safety bars. With aging population and knee and other aging limitations, unusual to not have some accessibility features in a new build. But great stay: Clean, near food and shopping, quick access to downtown Ottawa!

Beautiful modern and well designed rooms. Parking lot could be a bit bigger, but all and all it was a fantastic hotel.

Comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower. Black out blinds were awesome.

Property was very nice and clean.

They would not honor the suite we booked and would only give us a tiny disability room with a bed so high we could not get in. After an hour or more at the front desk with the guy taking his sweet ass time to figure out a room with a bed we could get into we ended up with 2 queens and a tub I could not get into. We booked a suite that was to have a couch so I didn't have to sit on my scooter all night. It only had one chair and we had to beg for another which wasn't given to us until the second day. When I spoke to the manager about not getting the suite he told me they didn't have suites! It is right in their name! What he thinks we are stupid? Would not bend on giving us the proper suite that we booked. The hot breakfast was only warm not hot with the exact same items every morning. We will never stay here again! Really bad memories to carry with us for our 40th anniversary! Thanks Hampton Inn and SUITES Ottawa west.

Great property and great service.

It was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed. It makes a great home away from home.

Looked like the hotel was brand new or only a couple years old

The hôtel charged my room on my crédit card even thought I had paid here. And no one answers when I call the hotel
