Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Room was very clean and easy to move around in. Looked very nice and beds were fairly comfortable. The only problem I had was the noise level, especially at night. Don’t know if anything can be done about it, but it was a real nuisance.

Wonderful staff helpful and attentive to my needs. Late one night the staff said she was brewing a new pot of decaf coffee. Made my night! All staff helpful and pleasant. Clean and great location as well !

The staff was exceptional.

The staff was very good from front desk to housekeeping. Everything was very clean. I really like that the floors weren't all carpeted because it felt cleaner. Nice touch with cookies and fresh coffee always available in lobby. Comfortable lobby seating and for dining. Only negative was low toilet ( great for kid but not adult.). And product bottles mounted in bathroom were hard to squeeze, but good products. Would stay again.

Staff is extremely friendly!! The room left a lot to be desired. The a/c unit would not operate properly. It randomly cut on and off all night long, the room was either super cold or hot, rattled all night. I would not stay again.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. Adequate gym. The bed and pillows are comfortable, but the rooms do not have closets or drawers. Everything is open on shelves and looks messy. The bathroom is ok, but nothing special. They don't offer daily maid service. Not what I would expect at a Hilton property especially at the price charged.

Close to everything in Lynchburg, whether you’re here for school, shopping, or visiting like we were. We loved coming in after our excursions during the day and grabbing a hot chocolate on the way up to our room. Sarah at the front desk, usually second shift, was absolutely wonderful! She always had great recommendations, including Mr. Goodies, a local dessert bar that was fantastic!! The only drawback was how loud the hotel could get. My wife is easily sick and gets rapid migraines. There was one time our upstairs neighbor was extremely loud all day and we had to talk to the desk clerk, but they took care of it and we didn’t hear anymore. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stopover on a road trip from NJ to Savannah
