Great customer service, and very clean rooms

I stayed at this hotel in Savannah, Ga. for several weeks while my daughter was in the hospital. So I am familiar with the setup of the rooms. This was my first time stay at this hotel in Brunswick. The room was spacious. We cooked meals in the room. Thankfully, the hotel didn't have a lot of noise. The room was clean we did have an issue with the fitted sheet on the bed having a stain on it. But we called front desk and she gave us fresh linens and that made us feel better.

The only thing I would add is having silverware and other such things in the kitchen and no coffee pot

Being at WoodSpring feel like I’ve never left my home.

Everything was excellent. The only problem was the guest above my room was extremely noisy.

Never stay there again

Had roaches in the hallway roaches in the rooms found a couple silverfish on the floor. The remote to the TV hardly worked. The sink and the tub did not drain properly. The toilet didn’t wanna flush. But overall, the staff was really nice if they could speak English. The ones that did speak English were very nice.

The property manager and the staff understand my request during my visit. They not only help me achieve my request but they made me feel comfortable as well.

The whole staff was very friendly and they helped me with my every need.

Property was clean, but with minimal services. Not the best area. The fact that ALL exterior doors are locked 24 hours a day says it all.

When I arived to check in there was no one at the check in desk there was a note saying to call a number and someone would help you. After calling I had to wait 20 minutes before someone showed up for me to check in!!

Staff was very friendly and nice. Was a nice stay but no breakfast like a lot of hotels.

This was an overnight stay for business in the area. I was skeptical based on other reviews but the price couldn’t be beat so I changed it. I have no complaints. Great location with several stores & restaurants in the area. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. I’d stay there again.

Awesome stay

Check in was nice great customer service. However on day 2 went out for the day when i returned my room was not clean had to go to front desk for towels and wash clothes he was very nice and gave me want i need.

Their were men standing around the door smoking while me and my kids were trying to enter the hotel. I didn't feel safe. People was throwing trash on the parking lot.

Really enjoyed the comfortable room. Two burner cooktop was a real plus. Bed was very comfortable slept great.
