Comforter was very old and small towels, I have to walk to the front desk for clean towels every time , they just forgot to clean my room , stayed there 3 nights , bad service front desk in Night Shift

First the lights in the parking lot were not working Second there were 2 men in a truck drinking and relieving themselves in the parking lot. I mention it to the desk and was told they are staying there so it was not a problem. I had concerns ... In the room the main living area the tv did not work... No information about the hotel Or tv channels, no pens or paper for notes or such. Otherwise the room was great

1st room assigned already had a guest in it. 2nd room the TV did not work. Very disappointed as last time had a great experience.

Elevator did not work. Put me in a room on the fourth floor and after walking up 8 flights of stairs I found the room was still dirty and not cleaned and the beds were not made and there was a dirty toilet.

Staff was good. Gave me a room with the television not working. Thank you for moving me to another room. But the fridge did not work in my new room. I saw a cockroach walking around in the pantry area of the lobby.

The front desk changed our room when we advised the TV in the living room was not working. That was thoughtful of them.

Clean, nice room. Bed was interesting.

The only things that bothered us was the flashing lights in the room while we tried to sleep and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest there was hairs all over the floor and the bathtub from whoever stayed there before us.

Loved it - the best parts were the gym and the spacious room with fridge, sink, and dishwasher. My stay exceeded my expectations.

Newer hotel in a good location. Had a few minor issues with the room. One pillow case was stained, there was hair and a dead bug in the tub and the bathroom sink stopper didnt work.
