This is my second time staying here. The villa is nice, luxurious and clean. The kids love staying here because there is a private pool so they can swim as much as they want without having to go far and bother carrying bags. Although there is no free breakfast or restaurant here, a stove and complete kitchen equipment are provided so they can cook their own food according to their family's taste. The bed linen in the room is colorful so it doesn't seem clean. But disappointed, I asked for an extra bed, I didn't get it. As a result, those who got to sleep below. Have a cold. So all the good impressions are gone. So it really destroys the mood, the holidays actually get sick. I'm in room A2, the toilet flushes by itself all night. Overall it's really nice and very nice villa maybe there are some that need to be repaired such as the ac in one of the rooms is broken but that's okay because it's quite cold here, aqua gallons are not provided but we can bring our own or ask for help to buy, cleaning equipment such as mops or brooms may be provided because if you have finished swimming and want to take a shower to the bathroom, it is a bit muddy so the floor is slippery, there are no liquid soap and tissues and towels in the bathroom. As for the villa, it's really cool and champion, if there's a family event or want to vacation in a villa in the peak area, I'll definitely come back here again.

Villa bagus hanya pelayanan dan service sangat parah padahal harga cukup mahal: 1. Tidak disiapkan mineral water. 2. Housekeeping tidak bersih sampai keset depan kamar mandipun menempel pada lantai karena tidak pernah dibersihkan. 3. Reseptionist tidak 24 jam. 4. Deposit besar tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas dan service yang diberikan. 5. Sofa dan furnitur kotor. 6. Air panas di kamar mandi sangat kurang berfungsi. 7. Hal ini sudah di sampaikan ke pengurus saat Check out.

Workers are friendly but ??? It's just weird. Many villas are cheaper than this. Try to imagine 4br 3.6 million 1. Empty gallon aqua said it doesn't include drinking water (cheap but vital) 2.
