The room and atmosphere are nice and calm. Only the bedsheets have lots of yellow stains. The AC is cold, the wifi is smooth. For everything, it's okay, only the bedsheets have lots of yellow spots.

And we apologize regarding the cleanliness of our rooms, the rooms are always cleaned by our staff every time we finish using our rooms, every day the room is cleaned by our officers when the room has been occupied or the guest checks out, so that the room is ready to be used in a clean and tidy condition again to be occupied by the next guest. And regarding linen, we make sure it is clean because every time we finish using it, we immediately wash it by our laundry using special linen cleaning chemicals, detergents and also special fragrances for linen which will make the linen clean and fragrant after washing and ready to be set up in the room. The entire team always tries to provide the best for guests, thank you again and see you again at D'Carol Hotel😊🙏

the receptionist just sat while handling the guest check in even though at that time there were 2 receptionists. the staff for luggage storage were friendly & kind. thank you very much sir 😊🙏 for the sheets, bed covers, bath towels full of stains. "dirty room with lots of spider webs" and lots of hair on the corner of the table. bed and in front of the bathroom. there were small cockroaches in the room. the shower water was small. because I was very tired from Lamongan, I was forced to continue resting at this hotel because tomorrow I have to go back to Bali. for those who want to stay at this hotel, a little advice from me, check the room first. so that you don't experience things like me. hopefully in the future this hotel will maintain the cleanliness of the room and be better. 🙏

Close to the Turi PS station, the room is very spacious. The only drawback is the sheets that look like they have been spilled or not washed thoroughly and the minimal facilities in the room. There is no hair dryer, no soap (out of stock), no water heater and tea and coffee sugar which are usually available in similar hotels. The receptionist is on the 5th floor near the long corridor of the rented rooms. Ask for the CO time to be extended. Overall, it's quite good for a transit place that is far from the station.

This hotel is very cheap. Especially for those who have needs at the Wholesale Center or to St. Ps. Turi. When compared to the price offered, the service, rooms and facilities are very satisfying. Indeed, there are some things that could be improved to reach an excellent or very satisfying level, namely: door locks that cannot be connected directly, officers who are not willing to help replace room keys, and the cleanliness of sheets, mattresses, pillows and towels that still have stains, which when asked to the cleaning service, they said that it was from the laundry like that. Conclusion: compared to the price, the facilities obtained are maximum.

The hotel location is very close to Surabaya Turi station, friendly service, the hotel is large. It's just lacking in terms of cleanliness, please note that there are still spider webs on the ceiling of the room and before going to bed, I had to chase a cockroach because it was on the bed. But for sleeping overnight and overall it's still affordable for the price.
