I've stayed at Novotel many times, and the rooms are increasingly comfortable, clean, and the bathrooms are very spacious. Breakfast is good. ATMs, minimarkets, and coffee shops are also nearby.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities available, and free water refills. The staff is friendly. The food is varied and delicious. I love it.

In the bathroom there is a hole in the wall, only covered with a painting, the sound of people chatting can be heard clearly, especially the sound of music is very clear

Best hotel to stay with family

Hotel Location was good and easy access to town. The stool had a broken leg and was not replaced instead by just putting in position. The water dispenser at the lobby was without hot water.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, very impressive.

The staff is friendly & professional, respectful. Breakfast has many choices & is really great. Gym room, swim pool, sauna & pool bar are cool & fun. Parking is spacious & safe. Pariege cafe is also a cool place to hang out. Highly recommended for East Surabaya👍

Good for family vacations.

The more we go here, the better the hotel's facilities and services are. Every time we go to Surabaya, my husband always requests to stay at Novotel Samator and doesn't want any other hotel... Good job Novotel🥰

The hotel is nice and clean, the service is also very good

Shower floor was slippery. Elevators can't handle the traffic load, there was maybe 2 weddings on that day.

The AC wasn't cold, around 9 pm I called the receptionist and it was only fixed at 11 pm, thank God the AC in the room was cold.
