This was my first time checking into a hotel. Check-in time was no longer 2:00 PM, but around 2:30 PM, which was completely inconsistent with the check-in time. So far, so good, except for the check-in time.

It was very enjoyable. Stayed overnight because we attended Ustadz Sonny Abi Kim's PPA The Heart Code seminar. The day before, the children still had time to swim. The next morning, we were grateful to still be able to participate in the CFD sports event on Jl. Raya Darmo, which was incredibly crowded and full of interesting and delicious culinary delights. Especially being able to eat the legendary pecel semanggi. Alhamdulillah. Masya Allah. The hotel room was very comfortable. The Smart TV was large and the children could watch Netflix. But unfortunately, the shower in the bathroom had a leak problem, so the water did not flow down but sideways above the shower. The central AC setting was also too cold, it could not be set to a lower temperature. In the end, we turned it off. Thank you to the hotel staff, we were offered an upgrade to the newest room type at a cheap promotional price. Next time I go to Surabaya, I will stay at the Mercure again.

A good hotel to stay in Surabaya, close to the city center and easy to access. Parking is a bit difficult to find during your stay.

I booked two rooms under different names. Coincidentally, this particular booking didn't appear during check-in. However, the staff was very helpful and asked us to wait for the system to check again. But how could a successful payment in the app not appear in the Mercure Hotel system?

The location is very strategic and easy to access everywhere, the rooms are relatively good because of the good renovation.

Dirty cups from coffee or tea are cleaned and washed, or replaced with new ones, according to SOP. In our rooms, we leave them even if they're dirty (no leftovers for continued drinking). Please advise.
